Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Was able to get same day appt which was great because my kitchen sink was totally clogged. Cullen was the tech that came out and fixed the problem. Very clean and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend Cullen for any job.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

I have used this company twice, once for air conditioning and once for plumbing! They are the best, the young men have been very professional, very knowledgeable and their services are very affordable! I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them!!!

Awful. Joe came out to my house after I discovered a leak from my jacuzzi tub into my basement. He took a few photos and told me there was no way to get to what he needed to and basically said I would need a new tub and that they're more trouble than they're worth. I figured out the problem myself after letting the water run and using my own freakin eyes to see where the leak was, went online and purchased the part based on the model of the jacuzzi motor. I had a plumber from the neighborhood come out and he fixed the problem using the part I bought. Joe never took the time to run the water to figure out where the leak was and basically told me there was nothing I could do about it and that he would look for tubs that fit my needs and never measured it. He charged me $135 for labor....um excuse me, labor??? He did NOTHING except take some picture of my basement ceiling and tell me good luck. I left a message with the manager of the company today, but this was really poor service.

This was my best experience with a Cincy area plumber! Our leaky outdoor faucet has been a problem that Plumb Tite fixed by simply adding a shut off valve. This out of the box repair helped us avoid a HUGE repair that would have involved an expensive mess. Plumb Tite saved the day with professional service. Professional, on time, responsive, had the proper parts on the truck and very friendly. I've found a new Plumber!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. This is in regards to the Roto Rooter office on Nimitz Drive in Anderson. I called to schedule a backflow recertification on a Monday and was told I would receive a call back to schedule an appointment. I called back again on Wednesday to say I haven't received a call and was informed I would get one right away. I called again 3x on Friday and kept being sent to the same voicemail for the scheduler with an unclear voice message. I was told the scheduler actually performs the testing but teaches Mon - Wed. Not acceptable. I have found another plumber with prompt customer service who was able to schedule me right away. I will not be calling Roto-Rooter for any plumbing needs in the future.
