Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Austin Scandlon was very professional, friendly and efficient. Explained everything to me and showed me other potential causes for our problem that may need to be addressed in the future. Will most definitely use this company again!One other thing we liked was that the company sends a text with a picture and name for the technician that will be visiting. Nice touch!

Only doing 3 since I was just looking for a plumber and looking for information.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Technician was very professional and did a good job explaining the issues. He presented multiple solutions to fix our problem and then completed the work quickly.

John was professional, experienced and thorough. I was able to have someone out the day after my call for service.

Absolutely do not use. I really wonder whether I had a certified plumber do the work. Had to keep coming back due to mistakes they made. Never check their work. Had to help them with the work. Kept sending the same guy even though I said I didn't want him back. Management really doesn't care.

They did give me some money back for the issues, which makes me feel better about the work.

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

We had a 25 year old 50 gallon water heater that wasn’t performing well and not meeting my family’s needs. Quality Comfort came out and quoted a tankless water heater(endless hot water). From the first communication from the QCHS team, to the quote, all the way to the install was an excellent experience. Tankless is the way to go and is amazing! I’m both impressed with the unit Quality Comfort installed as well as the service/promptness we received. A++++ experience in my book. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any of our HVAC/plumbing needs.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
