Best Sewer Inspection in Cincinnati OH

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

I was quoted a very high estimate and foolishly signed a contract for the work. The next morning I realized the scope of overcharging and cancelled the contract. My funds were limited. I was charged $1500.00 for the ten minutes of time spent by two workers at the site. They came and said they could do no work until the next morning and then they left. No materials were purchased, nothing delivered. I have since been quoted a tenth of what roto router was charging by a licensed plumber. They are good at coming the same day for repairs, but way too expensive for me. Paying their two workers $700 each for 10 minutes of standing around, or even for the day seemed a bit much.
I will not call them again.

Called in Apollo first and they couldn't unplug the drain (but still charged me). Suggested I spend thousands of dollars cutting the wall and pipe out.

Called Tarvin next. They got the job done.

I used Halpin for an issue with my toilet clogging. Larry was my plumber and did a fantastic job, very thorough and explained any questions I had. He had to come over 2 days, yet for all the time and work spent, I was surprised as to how reasonable the cost still was. He even fixed and cleaned out the sink drain in the same bathroom, which I hadn’t even realized was an issue. I also liked how they not only call and text to you let you know they are arriving, but the company also sends out a text with your plumbers name and photo, which I thought was very nice and reassuring. I will definitely be recommending Halpin and Larry, and would use again for any future needs.

Very good easy to talk to don't over complicate stuff

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
