Unprofessional!! Extremely Rude! I Will Never Use Them Again and suggest you do the same !!!! Approximately 2 years ago I started using G&K plumbing in a rental property that I was having plumbing issues with. The first experience I was treated nicely and billed fairly. Since then, their attitude and billing treatment has changed immensely. I have had other issues arise with this property and have called on G&K multiple times (my mistake). G&K (the actual plumber) may eventually get the job done but the office staff (the family )-this is a family owned business, is the most rude, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever come across. They have scheduled appointments and have no showed, no phone call, no apologies, to either my tenants or myself who took the entire day off work to meet with them. Then they rescheduled days down the road, after we had already been waiting days for them to come. I have always paid G&K promptly, even though (in some cases) I have had question regarding their billing and repair details. When I query them, they are uncooperative and have treated me like dirt! Insulting me for asking questions and telling me they will answer the questions when the bill is paid. They are reluctant to answer anything! My last inquiry turned into a screaming match, with them accusing me of not paying a bill for over 3 months when in fact the bill was 3 weeks old and the only reason I hadn't paid it was because they hadn't returned my 4 previous phone calls (that they said they would return) regarding the details of the repair.

If that's not enough to warn you away from this company, one time the plumber cut the wrong pipe (water everywhere), created an enormous mess (that I needed to clean up), damaged ceilings tiles due to the spraying water and then charged me to fix the pipe they wrongfully cut (which they eventually had to re-repair because it wasn't repaired properly the first time). Take your chances with G&K,.... My opinion, take your chances on another plumbing company!!!

Ryan was our technician and gave us a heads up call, showed up on time, was friendly, professional and fast. He did a great job and we really appreciate him.
Let's hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do I'll be calling 1-Tom-Plumber again.

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I asked quite a few questions throughout the job and he patiently answered them all. I told him I would tell the neighbors on my street how much I like Best Plumbing, a family member’s already considering some work she needs done. Thank You Sooo Much Best Plumbing. Blessings

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Technician Jordan was amazing!!! Punctual, professional, and thorough. I really appreciated that he took time to understand what I needed and to explain the condition of my HVAC. A seriously great employee!! I am very impressed with the quality of this company and their technicians. They squeezed me into a booked schedule on very short notice, and I owe them immensely for that. I will gladly and confidently call them in future!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
