I noticed my house was unusually hot. Upon checking the thermostat, it said “Unit malfunction”. I told the Cs agent the heat wouldn’t turn off as it was set at 66 and the temp was 76. Kyle was prompt and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Complete and thorough to ensure it was working properly after the repair. I’m very thankful for my annual maintenance agreement and how Schneller lives up to their end of the agreement. Great Job Kyle and the team of Schneller and Knockleman.

The two great plumbers who arrived at my house listened very carefully and got to work in less than five minutes - they did not mess around at all, they were extremely professional, and finished sweating some copper pipe and replacing a filter assembly in less than 20 minutes. Perfect solder, perfect clean up - everything was well done. These guys are true professionals with no excuses.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

The Gentlemen, Zach and Chuck were very helpful in explaining things to me so I could understand what needed to be done in fixing my plumbing problem. Their work was done in a timely matter and they left no mess for me to clean up. I would recommend Rooter- Rooter to anyone with a plumbing problem.

We had a leaking shower head. I called at 8 on Wednesday morning.The customer service individual said they could schedule a firm appointment for Monday morning, but would have someone call me if they became available.
I received a call at 10:30 the same morning and Ellis arrived at 11. The problem was taken care of in short order. Will use in the future.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
