Chris was prompt and professional. He did a nice job explaining the process when he arrived and was very polite. When a mistake occurred, despite being frustrated, Chris was very reassuring and won our confidence that everything would be taken care of. His attitude and approach to a problematic situation was very positive and his caring comments to my wife, who has been having a bad week, were much appreciated. He is a great tech with excellent interpersonal skills!

Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

We called Thomas and Galbraith to come out to help us with a clogged kitchen sink and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We were given a time window and told they would call 30 minutes prior to coming. Not only did they call ahead but called earlier and came out sooner than expected. Once they arrived they were very professional, friendly, and considerate. Brandon, Jeff, and their new trainee not only spent the time but corrected a prior plumbers errors and made the quality of piping and draining better and to code. Their experience and expertise was amazing. They went above and beyond and put in new pieces to make sure we didn’t have an issue again and then spent the time to snake the pipes to clear the clog and left with nicely unclogged pipes and a sink that worked better than ever. They cleaned everything up afterward and left squeaky clean. They did all of this for the price of only unclogging the drain , which was more than reasonable to begin with! I will certainly use them from now on for all of my plumbing needs and recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you all so much! Quality of professionals as well as their work was for sure a 10.

I had an emergency situation on 10/14/2018 Sunday at 8pm. I called because they came up on Google search as 24/7. I had cut out a piece a pipe to were I removed a toiled. I ran to Home Depot got the parts. I grab the wrong fitting being in a rush. I got back and they was closed already. I had to get the water back on to this building so I called them because in no way could I not get it fixed. My regular plumber was out of town this weekend. They came out and it took them 30 minutes because I had the copper pipe for them they needed. $375.00 for that time. The guy was nice. But it is really sad that a company would take so much advantage of someone in a really bad situation. I know it's Sunday and 8pm but there is no reason for that kind of price. I was glad they came last minute, but I had no choice.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. John came out a fixed a main sewer drain clog that had been an issue. I called and that day, not even two hours they had taken care of the issue. Very friendly and efficient!

He also did a follow-up pressure check on the new heat pump and found that it needed a little bit more refrigerant to be perfectly balanced. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
