Best Plumbing Fixture in Cincinnati OH

I had a great experience with Schneller & Knochrlmann. They sent a tech out quickly when my heat out on a Saturday. Tony was very nice and highly professional. They estimated the repairs would be around $1,000, to which I agreed. The actual cost was $800. They could have taken advantage of me but they were honest. I’ll definitely use them again.

We received same day service, which was fantastic. Blake and Damon were prompt and very professional. Would definitely use them again.

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

Ethan and Nick were both very professional. The were so nice. I was afraid my dog would bother them but both enjoyed her. They paid attention to her and gave her some loving. The job was done efficiently and they explained all the things they were doing. The experience was great.

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Halpin's quote for installing 2 faucets was $1100.00 (yes, one thousand, one hundred dollars)! I was able to get it done for $200.00 -- and a fine job too. Of course, to give me that quote, one of their plumbers had to come out and charged be $55.00 for just that.

The Plumb-Tree Company is the only company I will ever call or recommend ever again. My toilet was backing up and I called the rooter and others they would fix it and less than a week later problems back . Money going right out the window. The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
Billy's 100 percent affordable and does quality work. Worth every penny .

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
