customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

They saved my weekend! My kitchen had a sudden leak right before a weekend full of hosting. They came out same day and fixed my leak and kitchen right up! The whole team was professional and wonderful! I am a very happy customer.

Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

I am very impressed with my service from Thomas & Galbraith. Brendan was the technician that was sent out for my service call and he did a great job. I asked about a million questions and he had no problem answering them for me. I look forward to working with Thomas & Galbraith in the future!

Some confusion up front on whether or not they service Whirlpool water heaters under warranty. Apparently the receptionist was new and not aware. They called back and within a day made it right. I appreciate when a company admits to being human and still shows they care!

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
