Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Would hire BEST again. Very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, cleaned up their work.

The bad news, sewage line broken. This is going to be expensive! Five plumbing contractors visited and bid the job. One tried to freak me out telling me I had a sink hole forming under my porch. I send Doug Campbell a video of the pipe, and a few photos of the basement and yard. He proposed the pipe bursting technique to save me from tearing out my porch and sidewalk, and provided the lowest bid. Austin, Chris and Kevin came out and knocked out the work in a couple of hours. These guys saved me thousands and did great work.

Overpriced. I'm an out of town home owner, renting my home to tenants. I needed service and I had no choice. All the technician had to do was let the coil defrost. I was ripped

CJ was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. A/C completely down during 92 degree weather. Addressed and corrected the issue and was extremely polite. We’ll definitely use Apollo again (just hopefully not again this summer) lol

I called several large name companies and they each tried to tell my they were going to have to do way more things and charge way more money than needed.I called Jolly and they were so professional and easy to deal with. They were able to book an appointment 1st thing in the morning the very next day when i was available. They sent a technician named Shawn who was the absolute BEST plumber i could’ve hoped to get. He was so knowledgeable and helpful and really helped my family out. I will be using and recommending Shawn and Jolly Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
