Best Leak Detection And Repair in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

Installation was prompt and efficient, a 3 man crew, each member of the team knew what he was suppose to do and did it, they worked together very well. I called them with a severe plumbing issue at 7:50 pm. The woman who answered kept asking me then same quartiles over and over again. My zip code, my telephone number. Seems like she did not know to operate her computer. After 20 minutes she informed me that a technician would get back to me shortly. It is now 11:05 pm and I have not received a call. I tried to call them again and was let on hold for almost 25 minutes. I gave up. Very unprofessional, unreliable and inept.
