Our Tech Jerome was fantastic. He responded within 1 hour of the call in to Roto-Rooter, his diagnosis was immediately correct. Jerome came back the next morning, working around our schedule, and fixed the problem. He did not try to over bill us and we never felt any pressure. Would recommend Roto-Rooter in a heartbeat, especially Jerome.

Speedy response! I called first thing in the morning and they were at my house within an hour. They removed water that was backed up in my basement floor drain and found the debris clogged in my storm drain. I called at 7am and they were finished by 9am. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Troy was our plumbing service person. He arrived right on time, dressed professionally, and immediately put on shoe covers. He gave us an estimate to install 3 things, and, after giving him the go-ahead, he immediately got to work. He was courteous and affable. His work was impeccable. We were surprised by how quickly he finished. When he was ready to leave, he gathered up all the boxes and anything else that might have been left from his work, so our house was as neat as when he arrived. We wholeheartedly recommend Troy, and his company, Apollo Home.

Unbelievable service

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
