Best Gas Leak in Cincinnati OH

We have used S&K for several years to maintain our Heat Pump. They have always given us good service. It reached it's life span and John came to give us a quote for a new one. I had planned to get other quotes but he spoke so authoritatively and offered what I felt to be a good price so we agreed to the purchase on the spot. I trust this company to provide what they have given in writing as their guarantee and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

We smelled a burning smell in our house. It was in the basement. So we didn’t know if it was carbon monoxide or a gas leak so we gave you all a call and found out it was a 🦨 smelling like burned wires. We paid $150.00 but we wanted to be safe.

I called Nieman Plumbing on 12/28/22 at 9:34am. Over two weeks ago. The call was answered by the receptionist. I explained my admittedly unusual problem that my pipes are having a chemical reaction with something in the water supply coming into my home causing a complete failure. I was interested in an estimate for a complete re-pipe of the house. She kept placing me on hold to get a response obviously fed to her by whoever was also by the phone listening, but did not make themselves known. After this back and forth, she stated that she would pass it along to the Estimates team and they would call me back. I said OK and we said goodbye.

Unfortunately for them, she didn't hang up the phone properly. I heard a man say, I hate calls like that. Somebody is trying to sell them a job and... She then realizes the call is still active, gasps, and hangs it up. Too late. I heard you. I have spoken to many different companies regarding my issue. Many who thought they know everything, much like you, were humbled when they saw that I wasn't exaggerating and this is a serious issue I am dealing with and they are learning something new within their field. You chose ignorance. Additionally, no one from your company ever called me back. So you trash talked a potential customer that is looking for a full home re-pipe and then never called back on a $10,000-20,0000 job. I think that speaks volumes to your level of professionalism and it's shockingly shameful.

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. David is very knowledgeable and willing to explain all services (how they work, what wasn't working, recommendations, etc). He came in for maintenance on our system, found a problem, fixed it immediately, and just came back to install an air purifier! Very satisfied with scheduling and work completed

I had an issue with my Air Conditioner during the beginning of the summer and I was referred to Ryan at Quality Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning. He did an awesome job! He came out to look at my AC unit the same day to identify the problem. He had me up and running the next day and for a lot less than the some other Air Conditioner repair companies. They are very willing to work with guys who are just trying to become skilled tradesmen. Other places are much more expensive and require 2 nights a week. PACON is one night a week and very reasonable rates.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
