Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

I have this company come out because my AC unit was not cooling. The tech told me that my unit was 28 years old and I would be better to replace it then to repair it. I called Arlinghaus for a second opinion they send a tech out today and educated me that indeed my AC unit was installed in 2017 and it’s not 28 years old as I was told. Go elsewhere !

Had a season spring clog in my downspout. Chris showed up on time, communicated the task and repair and made it happen. Great tech, great company.

The Technician Rich got here quickly on a Sunday. Was a little pricey but somewhat expected for Sunday visit. Thanks for getting our house cool again! Rick was very professional and did a great job.

Dave from Roto Rooter did a very professional installation of a new water heater in my home. He was punctual and explained exactly what he would be doing and the cost. He also showed me the steps I need to take to properly maintain this on an annual basis and to register the factory warranty. There was no mess when he left and I am very pleased with the entire process.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!
