When my air-conditioning unit was leaking water the same day my summer service was performed, despite the promises to be there for you when I called for HELP in the evening, I had to insist that a technician come back to investigate the problem. It seems the earlier technician did not perform several routine checks and services. Eventually a technician arrived and dealt with the problem. He was considerably more experienced and thorough and solved the problem. I have two units and the earlier technician took half the time completing the task of servicing the units than others have. Now I know why. It's hit or miss depending on which technician is assigned to you.

Josh was great! He was very professional, kind and explained everything well. Josh, is definitely an asset to the HELP company. I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Made us sign up for their monthly service program before they would come outTechnician arrived and could not perform service said we had to buy a 20 000 new unitWe figured out how to repair on our own. Dcalled to cancel service contract since they refused repairs told we had to pay for a year before canceling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Please explain to me why my 73 year old mother pays a monthly fee for routine service with this company for her less than 10 year old water heater to have them come out to fix the filter but somehow convince her to spend over $5K on a COMMERCIAL GRADE 40 gallon **brand new** water heater for a 2 bedroom condo that she only lives in 2 days/week b/c she lives with me and my children on weekdays!?!? This is elder abuse as well as WILDLY unprofessional & unethical. We will be making a formal complaint with the company & discontinuing any services in the future!

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Matt, Rick, and Nick. Everyone one of them did an awesome job. They explained things and answered my questions. They made sure the issue with the bathroom and the basement faucet was complete and cleaned up everything. I would definitely use them again.

Matt did a great job. I received a call 45 minutes in advance letting me know he was on the way. He arrived on time and was pleasant and respectful. He conducted the maintenance review of my heating system in a timely manner and was efficient and polite. He also changed my filter and was careful to wear shoe coverings when he went in and out of the house so as not to track any dirt inside. Bonus points for being friendly with my energetic dog and going over and above by bringing in a heavy package left on my front porch while he was here. I definitely recommend Matt for being an awesome employee. He is an asset to the company and embodies the service I have come to expect from HELP Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.

We have used HELP several times over the last 2 years. We are very pleased and have joined their HELP Club. They are quick to respond and get the job done. We have had them do non-urgent work as well as urgent work and were completely satisfied every time. One problem reoccurred after 15 months and they were practically falling over themselves to assure us that their warranty would cover the problem and not to worry about the cost. They are good on their commitments.

John did a great job with my plumbing repair. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and showed me the finished results. My tub is back in service! I am consistently pleased with the level of service provided by each technician.

Excellent service on a Sunday during heat wave and broken AC. They even made calls and looked up warrantee information to save me $$$.

We have used HELP for a few years now and I would describe each associate as courteous and professional. We have had our AC installed, serviced and repaired by them. During all visits they are very thorough and answer those complicated questions in layman’s terms. Always looking to help save you some money, the membership is actually a good deal, with no pressure to purchase. Tune up maintenance and not pushy at all.Update: Ac repair was a long process but went very smoothly. Friendly and knowledgeable staff answered questions and made personal small talk. Always a great job done right.

We had a pipe clog that backed up into the basement. HELP came out the next morning and Thomas fixed it quickly. Reasonable price. Very pleased. Will use again.

Great service! Arrived before scheduled time and explained the information in a way I could understand. Didn’t catch his last name but he was a Michael. He cleared the issue for now and also explained the reasoning for roots in the system. Now we know what we need to do next to keep everything in good working order. Definitely will recommend this company! Charged exactly what they said they were going to charge as well!

I've used Help in the past for other pluming needs and they haven't failed me yet. My most recent interaction with the company was the best experience so far, the associate, Joe Beck; arrived at my property promptly (within the time frame that was quoted to me upon making my appointment), greeted me then went straight to work. He explained the process and what he was doing, he also told me of the other options that I had to fix my pluming issue. Joe was polite, efficient, and informative. I called HELP first thing this morning and less than 3 hours later they had a technician on site to help repair my furnace. Matt did an excellent job with letting me know what the issue was and getting it repaired in a timely manner. Would definitely suggest HELP for any services needed.

Donald came out to do our Furnace Tune-up this afternoon . First off he arrived on time and with a big smile on his face and was very professional! I'm not sure how these guys have so many positive reviews. I have had multiple friends complain about their business. They try to get your money. There could be one problem wrong with your HVAC system and they'll tell you to get new refrigerant new motherboard a whole new system. When all you really need to do is replace a contractor. They deceive you and they will play off your emotions to try to get as much money as possible. Be very very cautious with this company

Mike was thorough and patient trying to find/ recreate the water backup. Couldn’t recreate at this time. But will have him out again should the situation be needed.

had two electricians come out to confirm our car charging outlet was set up correclty. They were very friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to help troubleshoot an issue with the car charger itself. I have confidence they thought everything through and am confident in their affirmation the outlet itself was set up and working correclty. Was very impressed.

They talked through all of our options without pressuring us one way or the other. The tech showed us the routing and layout of our pipes in the basement floor and was very straight forward with us. More importantly we no longer have a blockage in our pipe.

(I knew Matthew had the furnace running well during maintenance.) Justin found the electrical problem, one of those inexplicable ones that give no warning, and did me a huge favor by persuading the manufacturer to honor the parts warranty that had expired two weeks ago. How extraordinarily kind -- of both of them! Besides that, he traveled to Florence to obtain the part, then back to install it the same day. All for the price of a service call. Thank you is inadequate.A note about everyone:HELP hires the best people.(My cats, good judges of character, like every technician who comes!)Sean:This past winter, Sean made a late-night call when my furnace stopped working. He found a short caused by the humidifier. After turning off the humidifier, he made a special trip to buy a fuse for the furnace. (He had replaced a few fuses already that day!) Thanks to Sean, I had heat overnight, and he returned the next day to repair the humidifier.This month, Sean came for scheduled a/c maintenance. When I mentioned that my water softener had stopped working, I said I would call for service, since the water was on and everything was plugged in. Sean immediately took a look, reset the outlet, and the softener started regeneration cycle. (I didn't think to try a reset.) Sean saved me a service call, besides doing the a/c maintenance. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.Everyone who comes from HELP has deserved a great review.

She showed me where the system was failing and explained all of my options to me. I did not feel that I was being pressured, just educated and informed so that I could make the best decision for my home and family. She was very thorough in her inspection and diagnostic, but she made efficient use of her time. I really felt as though I was talking with a trusted friend who had my best interests at heart. I know that Thompson's HELP has a great reputation, and with service representatives like Ashley, it is easy to see why! When I need additional service for my system, I will call on HELP again and request Ashley. Kevin G. performed our heat system maintenance check today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain his findings and answered all my questions thoroughly. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin. He is definitely an asset to Help.The plumber, Dylan, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and explained my options for a new sump pump, backup pump, and backup battery. He did have to leave to go get parts, and it took him an hour to return. Then, it only took 40 minutes to install everything.Now the negative... it is all about the club plan. From the minute you call -they start pushing the club plan- to the estimate -prices given are for the club plan- they will tell you how much more you will have to pay (the difference) if you don't join the club, but you have to do the math to figure out the actual cost. They even tell you non-club members get bumped from schedule appointments if a club member calls and needs an appointment. It is very high pressure. I did join the club plan, and paid over $3100.00 for the job. It would have cost over $4200.00 without the club plan.

Perry came out for our semi annual AC tune-up, he gave everything a good check-over (our system is more than 15 years old). Did a good job of explaining what could be done and where issues might be coming without making us feel the the world was ending or over pressuring us. We wanted a new toilet the master bathroom. I called help and they sent Seth Harmon to us. He was wonderful! He was personable, professional and knowledgeable regarding our ‘problem’!The bathroom is very small with a tiny toilet, probably used in a trailer or RV. It was appropriate for the space! Seth, with the help of Thomas, installed a toilet as well as a new water heater.The toilet was small, but not too small! It was raised and beautiful (really, a porcelain beauty)Seth was also able to get a 60 month, same as cash, payment plan! He left all as he found it and even took videos for of his work in the basement. We both are unable to do the stairs and Sean accommodated us with videos! I feel he went over and beyond what he usually does! Thomas was so very polite and helped out Seth. They also repaired a small leak in our other BR. No mess, no fuss with these guys!The above was one of the previous repairs. Today we had Parker gave us an estimate, then installed our fan we’ve had for about 5 yrs. We did not know HELP would do this kind of thing for us! He was quick and asked for our input/opinion about certain items in the installation process. I am a talker and tell these guys some of our life’s history! Everyone of the technicians who come to our home, put on the booties and listen to whatever I talk about. I apologize for my loquaciousness and everyone is very gracious about it!! Wonderfully trained guys, too! It appears to us that each one of the techs are very knowledgeable about the job(s) at hand. 9Feb2023: Jacob was professional and courteous putting on his shoe coverings upon entering my home (which is important to me). Jacob cleaned my furnace unit and also cleaned the compensatory pump associated with the humidifier. He offer ancillary services to maintenance my system which I declined until a later date.I plan to follow up to set another appointment to address the recommended additional maintenance on my 4.3 year old unit.I am happy with the service I have received today and would recommend HELP plumbing, heating and cooling to everyone I know. All of my experiences with HELP have been very positive.Mat was very professional. He answered questions and performed the task in a short time. I like that they wear the nice looking uniforms and put the shoe covers on before entering the home. Happy to have complimentary appointments coming up to check the plumbing and electricity.

I have a Help Club Membership. Today, Seth Mason came over to do an inspection & tune-up of my furnace and the humidifier attached to it. He did an excellent job. Especially notable, it appears the humidifier attached to the furnace hadn't been in use for the past few yrs since my husband passed. He fixed it so the water could flow freely to the humidifier. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and explained his findings. I was very impressed with his work.

Used help second time. I also have a service contract. I am very happy with the service. Promptly answered service call on time and great technician. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue, procured the parts and came back to get them installed. Very professionally done.

Sean Pease, the technician assigned to our service call, was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired our issue in about 5 minutes and did not charge us for any extra labor. He also gave us his advice on thermostat installation and HVAC maintenance. Very reasonable pricing. I would recommend HELP as well as Sean for further services.

Axel was very polite and a hard worker who was determined to do a good job of unclogging my drains. He even straightened an unrelated gutter drain that I casually commented was crooked after noticing it while watching him work. That's quality service!

He had a VERY awesome personality. But I believe that he check the wrong air conditioner, because my neighbor said that they didn't see anyone checking my air conditioner yesterday. My air conditioner is right at their window where they sit.

The HELP team is always there when I need them. Not only do they do a great job fixing things at my home, but 10+ years ago when my son was killed in action in Afghanistan the HELP team donated $10,000 in his name to our chosen charity. I will always be grateful and always use HELP.

Highly recommend Jordan Bright! Not only was HELP & Jordan helpful & professional but they also quoted me the cheapest price to unclog my sink and shower drain. Awesome job and service very satisfied and glad I went with them!

They never really seem interested in fixing anything, just replacing the current system which is more than likely their business model. They are very costly compared to other companies but are thorough with what they check. They always seem to have a grand proposal of some sort that costs you 1000s and it's different for every tech that comes out. Which if it's an issue shouldn't it always be the same thing? The techs are extremely friendly, prompt for appts, and communicate well.Their customer service person sent me a passive aggressive email when I canceled my subscription because I asked tor an update when no responded for 72 hours.

Josh was a big help on fixing the water faucet outside that I believed just needed new seals or be replaced. I was not able to get the faucet loose but josh was a big help with that and i already had the seals,so together we got the job done and he didn't have to tear up the wall in order to replace the faucet. Josh was awesome and I will use Help again if needed. Thanks to Josh and Help.👍

Jason determined the problem after inspection and quickly found defective part. When part could not be easily unbolted,
he used a ziptie to secure the replacement part and the unit fired up as soon as the power was restored. Thinking outside the box.

I have a leaky pipe in my upstairs bathroom that is dripping water into my downstairs. I called HELP. They answered the phone and got me scheduled for an appointment and they showed up on time. It was $89 for them to come to look at the leak.The woman who answered the phone as well as the plumber who came to my house both tried to get me to purchase their membership which they were quite pushy about.The plumber was trying to get me to redo all of the pipes in my entire house as well as replace my water heater. I told him that I am out of work currently and just looking to get the leaky pipe fixed.The estimate that he gave me was $932 with the membership or $1,200 without the membership.I felt like that was an exorbitant sum for one leaky pipe.He also told me that he would have to destroy my ceiling to get to the pipe. And when I asked him about getting the ceiling fixed he told me that I would have to figure that out myself.I told him no thank you and paid the $89 for him coming out to give me the estimate.I was not happy with the whole situation. I would not recommend this business.

Auburn and Nick C. are the absolute best! On time, professional, respectful of my time, and a level of knowledge to know exactly what needed to be done and the ability to get it done. I couldn’t be happier with their visit!

The issue with my heat pump began in August. After several technicians; I finally had Matt Pierce come out. Matt corrected mistakes made by the other technicians. He is very professional and very very smart in his HVAC trade. Once I knew Matt would come out to fix my issues I was happy. He takes his time and will explain what work is being done. HELP installed this unit 10 years ago and have been a member since then.I believe if The company spent more time training the new technicians things would work better. Put new techs with ones with more experience would benefit everyone.I have a laundry room floor that I saw damaged but I’m sure HELP will take care of this.I’m not bailing out on this Company, eve with all the missteps.Matt is the best assets Help has and I hope they realize this.Donna ReidHELP member for 11 years

I’m a first time home owner and absolutely PANICKED when I saw a pool of water dripping from a pipe in the ceiling. The HELP dispatcher called me to let me know our provider would be early (which is excellent-I’m so used to 2 hour windows but end up waiting an extra hour for services like this). Josh was so professional, careful with my home, and spent time educating me and explaining my different options. He really spent his time figuring out the source of the leak, as well as showing me how everything works. Can’t even explain the relief I felt after he fixed the leak by pulling and reinstalling the toilet. Also, my dog was kind of up in Josh’s business while he worked (he’s a curious boy), and Josh didn’t mind him at all. I would also recommend the subscription service through HELP if you’re buying a home for the first time. I wish I had subscribed when we first got our home so we could’ve had everything checked earlier.

I'm a single mother of 3 and bought my first house last year. I'm not at all handy around the house and need all the Help I can get with home repairs (sorry, cheesy joke, but true) . There hasn't been an issue yet that Help hasn't been able to quickly diagnose and repair, and at reasonable prices. Plumbing, full HVAC system replacement, electrical repairs, water heater installs, they've done it all. I'm joined their monthly membership and it's definitely worth $19.99 a month. There's lots of discounts and perks. Every technician to run a service call to my house had always been very professional and friendly. Great customer service by the technicians and the main office. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Highly recommend.

Expensive. AC capacitor replacement job averages $170! It is the most common part to fail in a new air conditioner like mine. Basic part based on unit size. They charged $400. Or 300 if you joined a service plan costing another 240 (which includes one HVAC cleaning ). Go elsewhere.

Josh came out to diagnose our furnace/ac problem on a Sunday. Came early and was here for almost 6 hours. He was awesome. We had no heat for over 3 weeks and he got to the bottom of it. Another HVAC company (associated with our home warranty company) spent 10 minutes at our home and said it wasn't HVAC. Josh was so thorough and professional and I am grateful for HELP for everything that they've done. Alex was also there every step of the way and went way above and beyond. 10+stars for this company. Will definitely be a customer for life!!

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with!You pay for a club membership and yet you have to call them to find out what's going on with your service ticket/issue!It also took 3 service techs to program my Lennox unit correctly an charged me every time! $900+ that should have been 1 tech and 1 service call to complete!

I was very happy that Seth showed me a few things that I wasn’t aware of. 1) How to get the drain stopper out. 2). The water heater overflow tank was bad. 3) And he put a water pressure valve in for me. Thank you again, Seth.

I used them to clear a drain and they wanted to charge $330 dollars to remove and reset a toilet instead of accessing through the clean out. Also, they try to upsell you at every aspect of the job like a used car salesmen. They told me they wouldn't run a camera at $100 even though I was willing to pay $300+ for their large auger, unless I committed to do the work with them. They seen a side issue and focused on that which they offered to fix for $1200 which was completely unrelated to original call, that they hadn't fixed yet. This was work for a 74 year old lady on a fixed income and no senior discounts by they way. They will make a call to the boss and try and get the price discounted just like a car salesman.

5 years ago we purchased a heating and air conditioning system from HELP and on December 24 this furnace stopped working during the coldest week in years. We called them and they told us they were booked. We called every day since then and got excuses every day. Finally today (Dec. 27) we called and they said they could come out December 29 between 3 and 5. I know that it was the holidays but I am 70 and my husband is 74 and the people we talked to when we called were not concerned about our welfare at all. I think it was an answering service not their regular call center. On a brighter note - when the two service men did come on the 29th, they were very nice and professional. They were able to fix the problem that day.

However, I thought it was something else and he was kind enough to spend a little extra time to show me the details, so I could understand. I really appreciated that. As we were doing paperwork we asked him about working for HELP and how it was and you could tell he genuinely likes the company and spoke very highly about it. I also spoke with Becky to schedule the visit and she was very easy to work with too. I can honestly say using HELP was truly an enjoyable experience. We will be using them for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs.

During our yearly tune up, Seth found a crack on the inside of furnace. This was caused by a wasp nest in the fresh air pipe. Unfortunately, our furnace has been red tagged. Based on Seth's diagnosis, we are safe from being poisoned by carbon monoxide. Highly recommend yearly tune ups.

He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and any issues he found. We had a new unit installed about 3 years ago and turned the air on this past week and it just kept running. I noticed on 7/3/23 that the unit outside the fan wasn’t functioning but the inside unit was running. The guy checked everything and determined that it was a faulty thermostat. We were also scheduled for our yearly check on the unit so he did that as well and canceled our appointment that was already scheduled later this month

Technician Sam arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and was very helpful and took time to answer all my questions about the contract and the service. If you dont accept their bid, you lose $89.99, but I understand it costs to run techicians out for estimates. The whole club membership seems unnecessary and they were higher than other estimates but the overall experience was positive.

Matt (and Alex, who appeared to be in training) did an excellent job in restoring our AC unit to working order. A few problems were found with our 11-year-old system, and they fixed (and replaced the bad components) the system so that it would function again on that hot day! The expertise and experience that Matt had, along with Alex's help (who was also very conscientious and very professional) made this a great experience for us! The price was very fair, and the time it took to get our AC unit going again was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Help!

1.5 yrs after getting the tankless with a 15 yr warranty...5 yr parts, it went WAY South. It would not stay on resulting in cold showers etc. He was here 4 hrs today, bought his own electronic tester with accessories to figure out why. All stats were in range and nothing tried, even EVERY faucet & shower on pure hot water would trip it off. About 6 PM this tankless lost its brain and absolutely would not stay on .... SIX times. I called HELP and they had him call back from home. Through his manager he made arrangements to have this replaced TOMORROW!

Steffen came for my annual furnace service. I asked him a question about how to change the time on my thermostat, and Steffen spent about 30 minutes tracking down how to do that, as it was an older model of thermostat. I am grateful for his perseverance. He made sure I knew about the changes to the filters for the furnace (they're so much easier than the old ones!) The quality of the technicians and the service HELP consistently delivers is why I’ve been using this company for more than 20 years.

The plumber was very nice and was here on time. It turns out that tt was just a little hard water built up in the shut off valve. He took the valve apart, cleaned it and reinstalled it. The problem is now fixed. rhe entire repair was covered by the base service charge of $89.

Brandon came to wire our new hot tub. He assessed the situation, ordered the equipment for it, and scheduled a follow-up appointment. He came today and completed the wiring of the hot tub. It looks great and works great. I especially appreciated the time he took to determine where the conduit and wires would go into the shell of the hot tub to make it more appealing and to keep the conduit from being a trip hazard.

Love HELP! Woke up this morning to my water heater leaking and the seam on it had obviously opened up. It was 21 years old, so I knew that it was on borrowed time. Phil and HELP was out here within 3 hours on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend. Phil had the old one out, and the new one installed in about 4 hours this afternoon. Since it had been 20 years, lots of things had to be brought up to code, which understandably increases the price, but for that I get 10 years worry free, anything goes wrong and HELP will replace the unit. I love that my water heater was American Made and manufactured. I highly recommend HELP, I have never had anything but good experiences with them.

Dylan P. from HELP plumbing heating and cooling came out today to do a standard A/C maintenance as part of my subscription contract with HELP. This is my second year I've signed up for this agreement, and from what it provides, I think that it's a great value. I've had a moderate HVAC repair in the past where some kind of worn motor in the heating system was wearing out (out of spec), but since then the system has been trouble free and each seasonal check of heating and cooling (2-3 seasons so far) have gone well including today's check. Dylan did note some out of tolerance readings for an electrical part in the compressor (it wasn't the capacitor) , but everything else looked good otherwise.In the past, I've had major plumbing issues (spot repair in the lateral) that HELP repaired as well, so I've actually done a high dollar amount of business with them. I have a feeling that HELP is not the cheapest place for their services, but I can 100% vouch for their quality. It's cry once, buy once for those who know the saying. In my experience chasing the best price is not always wise for major house systems. If you're struggling on a budget, then I sympathize, HELP may not be your best bet, but I'd still recommend them because they staff really good techs and their services are top notch. Again, if you're not struggling with budgets/finances, I recommend them in a heartbeat especially when you want the job done right the first time.About today's visit, if you can get Dylan P to do your service call for HVAC from HELP, I can vouch for what a great guy he is. Don't let the young looks fool you, he's fantastic and knows his stuff. He's incredibly detailed and offered to show me all the work he did to arrive at his analysis and conclusion for a part that was reading out of spec. I just found out that I can request him for my any future HELP calls on HVAC, and I'll be doing just that after meeting him just the one time. If any service managers are reading this review, I can't say enough good things about this guy. I'm going to also make sure to copy/paste my review here or link to it to make sure his higher ups get my review. I'm that impressed with him.

I contacted this company because they have good reviews but my experience so far has not been good. Multiple people come to your house to complete work but the communication between them seems to be lacking. Apparently, they all have different tools and knowledge so be aware they may send someone that doesn't have all of the tools or understanding to complete your ask. After they left my house and I paid for that part of the job on the first day my wife noticed that evening that the issue had actually not been fixed. I had second thoughts about moving forward with them for the much more expensive job and called the office to cancel while we searched for a second opinion. The guy who answered in the office did not cancel like I requested. Instead he contacted the tech who came out and gave me a quote who said he would call me to discuss everything. I never received a call from him either. A few days later they have a tech come out to complete the job I had cancelled while I was at work and I missed my wife's call. This tech knowingly showed up with out the tools to complete the job and I would assume this company would have a higher standard on some of the work completed. He left and charged us for the entire job incomplete without even scheduling to finish. When I called the office to notify them of the issue they could not figure it out or get in touch with the tech who recommended the repairs and quoted us. I received a call Saturday morning that they would be back to finish the repairs on Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and they send the tech back out who does not have the tools to complete the repairs still pending in the notes for the job. I honestly did not need to see him for him to tell me oh yea that's definitely not complete. He tells me they'll send another tech out same day to finish the work. Now I get a call that no one will be coming to complete the job today at all and no one will be back out until Friday. That means I have to take a third day off of work because they refuse to schedule me on a Saturday even though I already sat here 2 days waiting for repairs to be completed. I can't possibly trust them to come in and do what they agreed to when I'm not here after what they pulled on my wife a few days ago. They push for the club membership. Try and see how they treat you and fix your issue before you join. You don't want to be stuck paying them monthly when you arleady have had a bad experience with them. At least they are clean.

Our water softener broke down, and we had to shut down water service to the house to stop the spray into the basement. James came as soon as he could and explained what had happened and that it was not fixable. He installed a new water softener system, then realized that the water heater next to it was damaged due to the strong water spray from the softener. So next day he installed a new water heater. Throughout both days, he explained what he observed, what he was doing, and how we needed to move forward with these new appliances. We will ask for him should we ever need plumbing repair service again. He was efficient, respectful, courteous and all about getting the job done right.

He arrived a little before the estimated time they gave me which was a plus when they give you a two hour window for arrival time. He explained what they would do to replace my old A/C unit and the choices of units I could purchase. The cost and monthly payments if I paid on installments. I also needed an electrical issue with my breaker box and he got that appointment set up for it's replacement. I have no complaints and have continued to use HELP for several years and will continue to do so.

The technician Derek was very informative and professional. Gave me my options on how to go about the repair I needed done with my plumbing. He made sure that he explained the process and what I needed to be done made recommendations for a few other things that I may need to have done. They were a little bit more expensive I think and then some other companies I had called but I am happy with the quality of work.

You should let everyone know when they call to set up an appointment that you are way overpriced so that way they can save their $87 just to show up and give you an estimate of over $800 to replace the toilet water shut off valve and the water dispenser inside the toilet tank. Maybe $40 in parts. What a rip off! I will wait for my plumber to get back from vacation.. The technician was nice and friendly and prompt though.

Tech was fine i suppose, problem i had u all out for cost me 75 dollars 2 fix myself. You wanted 900 dollars to fix. I understand u have overhead, but your prices are way out of line. After posting my original review our inspector came out for a reinspect. HELP had not cleaned the furnace as requested along with maintenance. They only checked the furnace and I had to hire another company to clean the inside of the furnace. When I called I was told they only checked it because I was selling the property and that's what they thought I needed instead of what I requested. I don't need a company to second guess me. We were very pleased with the service that was provided with HELP. They were very quick in the response time to get techs out to our home for a clogged drain. Actually called and came out earlier then scheduled time. Bethany and co worker were very polite, courteous and helpful. Bethany was very knowledgeable on all questions that were asked.

Also removed and replaced a water softener system. Jerry was very professional, courteous and went out of his way to explain about the water softener system. Also, went over costs and values. This was the first time that I used H E L P and will continue to use their services in the future!

Mark was great. Explained everything, was very quiet, cleaned everything up and you would never know he was there. He replaced the AC coil on top of our furnace that was still under warranty. Former club member here. They came out to do a complimentary a/c tune up. The tech came and told me that the unit was functioning properly. He asked whether I wanted the unit back on prior to his departure. I said no, because we were leaving to go out of town that day. Returned after the weekend and switched the a/c on and it wasn't working at all. Contacted HELP and they sent the same tech back out. He told me that my disconnect box was damaged and melted. Told me it would be $500+ to fix. It was working fine before he maintained and tuned-up the unit. Then it suddenly was damaged and not working. The business would not fix the problem without charging us $500+ and claimed it wasn't their problem. It seems the club is just opportunity ity for them to get onto your property to break things and then charge you to fix them. Use a different company, their business practices are shady at best and seemingly predatory. We will pay another company to fix their mess.

We had an OUTSTANDING experience. The HELP team responded quickly. Our AC went out over 4th of July weekend and Alex F came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate. A Saturday on the 4th of the July weekend....we were so thankful!!The install team showed up promptly the day after the 4th to install our AC and Furnace. Tyler C and Darren R were simply outstanding! They were professional, courteous and patient. They answered all of our questions and worked diligently in the scorching heat and staying very late to make sure we had AC. They even let us do short videos so I could show my husband how all the items worked. AND they cleaned up meticulously after they were finished. We spoke to several other companies and would have had to have waited WEEKS to get a new AC unit. The HELP team took care of us pronto! Also, other teams told us we'd have to tear up the ceiling in our finished basement (causing very costly drywall repairs) but not the HELP team! Darren and Tyler worked diligently to make sure there was no damage to our ceilings...it took a lot of extra sweat on their part but it made a HUGE difference to us. We simply cannot say enough about this team.

I am beyond happy with my experience with Help. When I called them they arrived an hour later. Unfortunately, the plumber was unable to clear my drain but he offered services to do so. The price was fair and the technician, Zack, was beyond professional and courteous. He did have another technician come help him but I can not remember his name. He was also very professional and kind. Zack went above and beyond my expectations of this situation. After working really hard to try and clear my drain, he informed me that he was unable to do it but did offer me another solution. They did not charge me for the drain cleaning because they did not get it unclogged, which surprised me. Most companies I have dealt with in the past have done that. Help is highly recommended from me and my family. Not only are they professional, kind, and fair, but Zack also cleaned up my bathroom after doing the repair work. A++++ FROM ME. THANK YOU HELP!

My kitchen sink was clogged and in a record time they solved the problem without doing a mess. Thank you so much!

Called and told the lady in scheduling that my A/C drain needed cleared. She sent a plumber.. So the next day they send an HVAC tech and he never even touched the drain. Just told us how our unit was FULL of mold (it was fiberglass insulation) and that our coil was leaking. Offered to replace the coil for $2,500. Also offered to recharge the system with up to 4lbs of R22 for another $1,500. Commercial R22 is $45.00 a pound…. Mind you my system has had no issue keeping the house at 70 so far all summer. Then he proceeds to mess with our breaker box saying the system keeps shutting off on him. Now whenever it kicks on my lights dim. Never did that before… All they did was send a salesman to our house. He was too happy to set us an appointment for a consult on replacement options. These people are a joke!! All I wanted was my Furnace drain cleaned!!!

Nolan did a great job, i was only getting a tune up but he treated it like his most important job of the day, late on a friday afternoon when the feel like temp is about 100 and most of his work was outside

My mother in-law was the customer. Their pricing is very, very high to the point of, in my opinion, taking advantage of an 80 year old woman. A $1,700.00 bill for, at the most, $300.00 worth of parts which means labor was $1,400.00 for 2.5 hrs of work. Plumbers are worth a lot but $560/hr seem high to me. Call around for pricing and, if you like money, use anyone else but HELP.

Robert Finch did a great job identifying what was wrong with my air conditioner and repaired it. He went above and beyond and called about my warranty so I didn’t have to wait for service and saved me money. Robert kept me apprised at all stages and he cleaned out my unit which was very dusty due to the house being new. Unit is running like new! Thank you Robert for your patience and kindness! It was much appreciated. Awesome job!

Abraham came out and immediately diagnosed our system, and set straight to repairs. Explained what needed to be fixed and the best most cost effective way to do it. Called HELP on a Sunday morning when our AC went out in the middle of summer and had someone out before noon!

Horrible company to work for they are all about the money from what I hear. They will sell you things that you don’t need just to make extra off of you. I was offered a position with this company as a comfort advisor and then they turned around a week later and sent me an email stating unfortunately they did not choose me. HELP was easy to call at any time. I called at 9 at night and they had someone call me the next morning at 7:30 to schedule my service appt that day. They were able to arrive earlier than expected, and Alex, the plumber who worked on my leak, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. HELP was phenomenal. Our water heater was leaking and was starting to spread throughout our basement. We needed help ASAP. We called HELP, and they had someone out within the hour to check on it. Phil was great, and clearly explained the issue and what some of our options were going forward. In a matter of 3.5 hours, we had made a call to HELP and they finished installing the new water heater. Couldn’t be happier with how it went and would absolutely recommend them.

Needed to update HVAC system, 333HELP gave a fair assessment of unit and upgrade options that fit our budget and needs for the next decade of AC/HEAT use.

The gentleman came in, introduced himself and like a professional he discovered what was the source of the water leaking issue under my kitchen sink. He repaired the issue and the cost for the service was reasonable.

I was able to get an appointment the same day and Drew came to fix my AC unit. He did a full check on it and was able to get the switch part ordered and replaced in 30 minutes or so. He was also able to check and see if the part was still in warranty, so that saved me some money. He explained to me how my AC worked and even showed me how to make sure all rooms were getting enough air. He did an awesome job and I will be recommending him and Help to everyone I know!

At the beginning of May decided to put central air in our house which never had it it was built in the 50s Mark the installer and his assistant did an awesome job working in a tight space and was a struggle for them to say the least love having air in my home. Auburn did a great job replacing the sump pump in our place - I'd happily have him back for other service. Pricing was a bit high compared to Angie's list, but I wasn't going to quibble over the higher cost, when I got same-day repair to avoid another 5am wake-up call from sewage in my basement.

Our AC was on the fritz and Ashley came to service. When she informed use if the problem, she was very professional and personal. She also checked out our furnace. When she finished she need to call Brian Watters to come and assist because we needed to discuss replacement of bother units. When Brian came it felt like we knew him for years. His customer service was beyond exceptional. I would recommend HELP to anyone who needs any of the services they offer. From the experiences we've had with them over the last year, it's quite clear that they invest in their Employees and training.

Alex N and HELP are awesome! Called at 1130 because my water heater wasn't working. By 4pm I have a new beautiful water heater installed. I have had them replace my sewer line in the basement, sleeve the sewer pipe out to the road, replace electric service with 200 Amp and replace my furnace. They're not necessarily the cheapest but I have had nothing but top notch professionalism out of these folks. I highly recommend .

Spent over $34,000 with HELP when we bought our house last year, Had plumbing completely redone with copper, new furnace, Central air unit (3 ton), new water heater and wifi thermostat. My brand new AC has frozen up twice this week, Filters are good and constantly maintained, They claim a 100% guarantee and i'm not happy. I am a disabled veteran and am on a fixed income. I spent everything i had with this company and i would not recommend.

Abraham was great and always on time. We had a minor issue with the first repair, but he came right out to fix it and make things right. Very good customer service.

Had this service on two rental properties. The service team was always late even giving their two hour service window, which was challenging as I live an hour away from the property. They wouldn't cancel my service club subscription until 3 months after selling the property after several attempts and arguing with the lady over the phone and through email about it. Pointless club that I didn't even use. Cost me more time, money, and headache. Plumber took over 14 hours to install a water heater and then didn't do it correctly causing a gas leak that the local gas company guy had to repair. Would not recommend.

I had this company out to look at a leak (from the attic furnace). The furnace is only 2 yrs old. They did point out some code violations and went on to sell me a new furnace and AC. They installed it recently. When I initially I was told about their membership ($20/mo) and the benefits. Since I have two HVAC systems, I asked if I need 2 separate memberships. He said “no, it will cover both) so I signed up. A couple of weeks later, a hand-held shower handle broke off a jacuzzi tub and the hose fell down into the wall. I called and they said they could take care of it. I scheduled an appt. They called the day of and said they needed to reschedule. I rescheduled. They couldn’t make that one either but I was leaving for vaca. They sent someone out and they couldn’t help! Then I get an email to call and schedule my furnace tune ups because they are already booking for Oct. So, while I’m on vaca, I called to book it. She told me they’re only scheduling for AC tuneup. I told her what I was told as. I also asked her if my membership took care of the tuneups for both furnaces and she said it did not. I was very frustrated and wrote a review. They did review the records and found I was correct and apologized and provided a satisfactory resolution and scheduled an appt for tune ups on both furnaces. I will give them another try. I was pleased with their quick response. Customer Service, unfortunately, is a thing of the past, but they did come through! 👍

The serviceman was on time and did a good job. We will not be using HELP again though. For installing a customer supplied standard toilet the charge was $589.00. We were not shown a breakdown of the charges or how that price was arrived at. Very expensive for a one hour installation.

Our house which uses well water had low water pressure suddenly. We replaced the submersible pump but that did not fix the low pressure problem.Called 333-HELP and they had Sam Osborne out that day. He found that the 15 year old water softener was shot and needed replacement. Sam replaced the water softener and replaced a lot of old PVC lines that lead to the water softener with new Copper lines.Sam had great attention to detail, very professional and was super friendly to work with. Explained what was needed and the best way to fix our water system.Extremely happy with HELP plumbing and would not hesitate to recommend.

Extremely responsive to online scheduling request, fit me in as quickly as they possibly could for an AC repair in the summer. Once my technician (JJ) arrived, they were thorough, informative, and even offered some simple tips on making my home cooler and more efficient above and beyond the work he came to do. Price was fair, and I'm already looking forward to getting regular maintenance scheduled via the HELP Club - one less thing to worry about myself.

Chris took lots of time to do a big job but got it done in one day. He was friendly, courteous and a pleasure to talk with. The work he did entailed more than either of us thought it would because of poor wiring jobs over the years. He straightened them out. I would recommend him to anyone.

The electricians were great. They performed great work and it was done fast. They were both very nice as well. The price is a bit high so that's why HELP gets 4 stars but the electricians get 5. Update:Just had my annual AC inspection. Steffan was fantastic! The thing about HELP is they are not cheap at all but they are reliable, professional, and back their work. Nothing but great experiences with their techs. If you can pay their prices, they provide excellent service! I've decided to give them 5/5. Steffan was a big part of that.

I will first start off by saying that I originally had Jolly Heating and Air come out for an obstruction in bath tub drain. They were not able to resolve the problem. I contacted Help and Scott came out and even though the clog was pretty bad he was able to clear it. He was friendly, professional and did great work. I will definitely use Help from now on. I highly recommend!

We had a leak in our plumbing under our sink. We couldn’t repair it because the pipes were soldered to the pipe coming out of the wall. Seth was wonderful. He explained everything and gave me different options on how to fix the problem. He Eve gave me the “worst scenario” if had to open the drywall. He was very professional and clean! He wore covers over his shoes and cleaned up everything when he was done. I’m sure everyone has had someone come to fix something at your house leave a mess behind. He was very respectful and didn’t talk down to as other guys have in the past. I would highly recommend him and this company. Nolan was one of the most Professional guys that HELP has employed. He came out for a Furnace & A/C Tune up that was FREE $0 Cost for about 2.5 Hours of Work. Nolan came out looked at my Furnace and did diagnostic testing. Luckily for me all of my HVAC equipment was in good working order. Nolan is the GUY you want working on your stuff! I needed plumbing work in three areas of my home and the job was done quietly and quickly.

Andre was fantastic! We went over possible Scenarios as to why my sink wasn’t draining. From talking about taking out the ceiling in the basement, to looking at the vents, to snaking it to see what happens. I’m a first time home owner and single woman and had a couple of scammers so it was nice to have someone talk about maintenance and listen to what I thought and then not get charged an arm and a leg. You can tell that Help cares and understands wanting to save money, even when talking to the people on the phone.Thankfully it was a clogged drain and he made sure several times that it wasn’t going to backup again, even ran the dishwasher. He also inspected all of my pipes and pointed out what was going to need to be replaced and a rough estimate of the cost so I can save up. It was also great that he didn’t mind my dogs and was careful not to trigger them. Some people just try to pet or approach them without asking or reading their body language. He didn’t mind the dogs I was pet sitting even though they barked a lot and the bird was Screaming. It make me definitely not as embarrassed as I would have been.Overall 14/10 would recommend. I’m already scheduled for two more services with Help and am on their monthly plan. I’m very thankful to have a sink again!

Thank you Alex N! We had an issue with out hot water heater on a Saturday night. We called HELP and they were able to set up a next day (Sunday) appointment. Alex arrived and got right to work. He explained everything he was going to do and went over all our options. He was very professional, kept things clean, and was very respectful of our home. We thought we'd be out of hot water for a few days, but Alex and HELP took very good care of us.

Rick came and diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced both water valves behind my washer really quickly. He was very nice and friendly :) I would definitely invite help back to fix any future issues.

Mike was friendly, respectful and very hardworking. Shared knowledge about his job. He used a jack hammer in my basement to remove partial old cast iron pipes under my finished basement slab, and re routed to a properly working drain. Then filled hole with pea gravel and poured new concrete.

We have been club members for now 4 years. Scheduled a routine AC tune up. The technician proceeded to inspect our 7 year old furnace and inform me that the heat exchange was getting to be worn and ultimately replacing the furnace would likely be ideal because Bryant furnaces are known to have issues with this. He used a camera to inspect the inside some slight signs of overheating were noticed by tech & 4 start of what could develop into. He stated he would call bryant to see if item was under warrenty but told me that this item was never registered and planned to have his manager come out to give quotes on replacement furnace. I proceeded actually look up our furnace online and it is registered and under warrenty until 2036. This item is only 7 year old and we've experienced no issues. My AC was inspected i cant say i understood whether this item was even working properly by the end of our visit bc it appeared to be the main goal was replace a furnace. I did not appreciate the dishonesty of telling me my furnace was not registered under a warrenty, no write up was given for these findings and honestly we questioned whether the pricing is even comparable to other companies. we have decided cancel our club membership and take business elsewhere.

He pointed out the very troubling growth of mold inside the heart of the system & emphasized how bad it is to inhale the air coming out of it. This is by far my favorite plumbing company. The dispatch was courteous and managed to get me on the schedule within 24 hours of my call. What really blew me away though was the plumber they sent out. Auburn was fantastic. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He took time to answer my questions and explain the issue at hand in a way I could comprehend. Bonus points for the respect they showed to my home by using plastic covers on their boots when entering the house. Absolutely would recommend, and I'll definitely ask for Auburn next time I need plumbing help.

Don't expect them to show up or even cancel in a timely manner.I signed up for the HELP Club Membership Program. It's a paid service.HELP has only shown up to only 1/2 of the service calls I've scheduled with them.Their service technicians have been pretty solid but their track record for showing up for scheduled appointments is abysmal.They cancel at the very last minute, saying they have too many service calls.Rescheduling a tune up is ok. Doing it the day of the appointment and saying you can't provide the service for another month is ridiculous.They stuck us on a service call, though, too. They cancelled at 4:50 into their 3:00-5:00 time slot and we were without a kitchen sink for another 2 weeks before they finally showed up.They advertise 8-8 never late 7 days a week as the first thing on their site and their service contract is supposed to offer priority service with Over 1000 time slots available, every week, 7 days a week.This is a paid membership program, but despite that, their guarantees of timely service are not backed up by anything. Signing up for this program guarantees you nothing but a lot of wasted time and a bill for a service they cannot provide.

We have always received prompt friendly service. The work is very well done by well trained technicians. They go above and beyond. Matt was polite, thorough and took the time to explain to us what he had cleaned and what should be done soon. He was very helpful and took the time to tell me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. Matt is a very big asset to HELP. Thank you Matt for all your help.

The service tech was great but the estimate was ridiculous. They wanted $896 just to install a gas shut off valve on a hot water heater, while 5 other companies quoted me with a new hot water heater, installing the new hot water heater, installing gas shut off valve, delivery and disposal of the old one for $1349 total. Then on top of that they still charged me $89 diagnostic fee to show up and leave 10 minutes later. Never again

We have the 19.99 monthly membership. We had the furnace tune-up service Wednesday, by Caleb. Later the same day we had some plumbing issues, so we had the plumbing inspection done that afternoon, by Josh with his trainee. The very next morning we had tank rebuild on one toilet. A new senior height toilet installation in the master bath. New stainless hoses installed on laundry washing machine. I cannot say enough about HELP as a company and their employee's. The service was absolutely exemplary. Will definitely be recommending them to friends & family. It's nice to have one company able to do ALL your home services needs.

I'm actually very pleased with the work Alex did I need an Alex to come back today to fix or amend an issue that my previous plumber from the same company did not fully service and he was great various explanatory on the Tory on what the issue was how to corrected very calming and reassuring cause let me tell you I was very tense and very high-strung from this situation but he was very grounded And kind of verbally walked me throug Through each step-by-step of the process and really explain what needed to be done why it needed to be done and I am not in the world of plumbing but I felt like he was very in control of the situation and I greatly appreciated it I was very stressed out from the scenario and he was friendly and able to keep me grounded and definitely dispelled a lot of my stress I actually took some of his business cards because he would be the plumber that I would recommend to my friends and family when they need water he did great work and I was very pleased.

I contacted HELP on Friday after I had an plumber from my home warranty come out and say they were unable to do the work. I had two gas leaks identified by Duke. Once HELP got involved Joe came out today and did excellent work with repairing all piping for gas which was successful. Duke came out and gave me the all clear turning my meter back. I am very thankful for the hard Joe was able to do.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful HELP Plumbing is. From my initial phone call to the service tech everyone was so very nice, efficient, friendly, yet professional. Our Technician, Mike, was the best in my opinion. I have frequently seen this company in our neighborhood and thought I too would give them a try when our kitchen sink started acting up. Nick and Stuart were awesome. They were incredibly professional and their work was clean. I highly recommend him and HELP.

First off, the technician, Kwn, wad WONDERFUL and did a great job. He made sure his shoes were covered, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions. He also got the job done quickly, which is always nice.That being said, HOLY SMOKES IS HELP EXPENSIVE! I needed the ball valve on my main water line replaced, the pressure regulator replaced, and a new expansion tank installed. Parts were about $200 bucks. The total bill for the work (which took him about 2 hours) was over $2,000! I did sign up for the help membership, which costs $20 a month for a year, but gets you 20% off the service. That dropped the price to $1,600 (if you add in the cost of the membership, it's up around $1,800).So essentially, labor for 2 hours and one tech was $1,600! Like I understand that businesses need to make money, but that's highway robbery. I had no choice but to get it done because we had no water, so I didn't have time to shop around. However, next time, I will.

Was charged $89 as a diagnosis fee but nothing was diagnosed. The tech was nice but didn’t know how to do the tankless hot water heater flush that he was there to do. I tried to be nice and pay it and not argue with him he’s doing his job. But I called after cuz it didn’t sit right with me to pay for him being there 5 min saying he couldn’t fix either of my issues. I even asked for a partial refund but the senior manager was rude and wouldn’t even consider it so I won’t use them in the future which is fine considering their prices are also high for the service I had done at half the rate by the other company.

I had a new HVAC and AC unit installed with them last January. They were here quick because it was freezing in my house. The technicians that come to the follow up appointments are always super friendly. Roger just came to do a tuneup on our heating unit today which is included with our membership. He was super friendly and even nice to my kids and didn’t mind my cat supervising. I’ve seen complaints about the membership but I got a nice discount on my unit for signing up and it’s one less thing I have to think about remembering to do because they call me to schedule my regular maintenance.

This seems like the biggest, most heavily advertised service in the area, and while I was very pleased with the people I worked with, I was not happy with the way they do business.I found it frustrating that I could not simply schedule an appointment online, that I had to talk to someone on the phone for 15-20 minutes to do what I could have typed in much faster. I can only guess that this requirement is so that they can begin the sales pitch for their multiple services and monthly maintenance plan immediately. A monthly maintenance plan that requires a year long commitment, but is more expensive if you want to pay for the year upfront. My guess is they want to get you comfortable with the monthly payments so that you never cancel them.Also, even though I provided my email over the phone, the confirmation of my appointments were hand written and sent to me in the mail. I received the confirmation and details for my appointment after my first appointment was completed.The plumber that came for my appointment was very professional and knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and without causing me much distraction from my work day. Again, my only problem was with the company. The prices quoted seemed outrageous, for example about $400 to replace some internal hardware for a toilet. I had many items that I wanted repaired, but decided to only have one of them fixed because of the quoted prices.I then cancelled my next appointment, for an electrician, because I felt it would be a waste of time to have them come out and quote me for something that I wasn't in a hurry to fix because I just assumed the price would be unreasonable.While I have no doubt, based on their place in the market, that they have no problem finding people willing and able to pay for some of their services, my suggestion to most would be to shop around for more minor repairs and not just go for the big name on all the signs.

Need a simple washer shutoff valve replaced. Simple job. The quality of work was poor and the work space was left dirty. When requested HELP to call my home warranty company they refused to HELP. I now have to pay for the work 100% and cannot have home warranty pay because of their lack of cooperation. DO NOT USE HELP!

Did good work, Jacob was friendly and walked me through the process and shared what he did to fix the problem.
I felt the cost was on the pricier side even if they provide 5 years warranty.

We had excellent customer service today from our service tech Alex Nesbitt! We had a water heater put in last year by another company and it broke over the weekend so we called them out to repair it. He tried to repair it and after it didn’t work, we realized we needed a whole new water heater. He was with us the whole day and stayed until the new water heater was put in and working. He was extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend having Alex and HELP!

What started as a simple furnace check-up turned out to be a need to replace the furnace for safety reasons. There was a crack in the combustion chamber that would have eventually led to carbon monoxide leaks. Since our air conditioner had some age on it, as well, we decided to replace both furnace and a/c units. The work is still going on, but it has been timely with all phases of installation.

Today I had Donny Carroll,I will always ask for him from this date forward. He took his time to show and explain things to me on functions of my air conditioning unit that I had no idea about. I highly recommend Donny to others as he is professional, thoroughly, checked out my air conditioning unit,helpful, kind, courteous, everything you want in a representative of the company. Overall, we were very pleased with every aspect of our HELP plumbing experience. Scheduling was pleasant and quick, and technicians arrived at the scheduled time.We had water flow issues and Zach Lyons (our first tech) worked very hard (sometimes repeating previous procedures) until we and he were satisfied. Also true to their claim, everything was cleaned afterward.We then decided to have a water softener system installed because of hard water issues. Zach and Brandon (other tech) talked through our needs and explained the installation process step by step. They took time to answer any and all questions we had and again left the work space very clean.We had tried getting service from 2 local services (no openings for several days) before connecting with HELP. They are our go-to plumbing service from now on.

Sean was pleasant and showed up on time. He got to work and was finished quickly. Every time I've had someone out they all have been knowledgeable, pleasant, and informative. I will continue to use.

They're back!I needed a quote to repair my water main coming in my house.Alex came out, gave me a very reasonable quote and saidhe'd have it taken care of in no time. I had several otherplumbing issues that needed attention and he added them intothe quote as well and tackled them while he was here. Hereplaced the expansion tank on my water heater as well asinstalling a new shutoff valve for my ice maker in therefridgerator. Alex explained everything he did as he went along.It has been my experience that HELP only sends the mostprofessional and experienced techs out to represent therecompany.Used the service again today.My thermostat died on me and they were out the next day to replace it for me.When HELP told me that a free plumbing inspection was part of my club membership, I thought I'd face a hard sell afterwards. No way did that happen. Jerry came in and checked all my plumbing fixtures and gave me a few ideas as to how to make a few minor corrections. I can not say enough good things about all the different HELP services I've used. It's worth every penny of the $19.95 monthly service fee.Seth showed up as expected and immediately diagnosed my cooling problem. He had me up and running in no time. He was a real life saver before the heat in the house got to bad.Parker installed new wiring to my ceilings so that I could put up several ceiling fans. He worked in a very hot attic even though we had heat warnings that day and completed the job without once complaining. Parker explained everything he was doing and was very professional during the entire installation. I've got friends who are also looking for a qualified electrician and Parker and HELP will be at the top of my list for any recommendations! THANK YOU!

Dont use this company for any repairs or maintanance! I signed up for their HVAC maintanance program. First call out was a joke. Told me he needed to shut off my furnace for safety reasons. I asked him why. When he told me why I then informed him I had retired from the local Utility company and he had no authority for such a issue. Wrote me a ridiculous price estimate to fix. I fixed it myself with a small bit of duct tape. Their repair guys are paid according to how much in repairs they can get you to okay. To all the senior citizens out there please get more than one estimate to combat tricks like this. Also to cancel their maint. program you have to send them a email, another trick. other wise it takes another month for them to process.

I'm so confident in the quality of their services that I purchased the monthly membership. I trust my home with HELP.

Rob Pearl came at the time I was told someone would come to install my new toilet. They said between 10am and noon. He came at 10:30am.He explained all that he was doing to me in great detail. He explained the various options I had and their costs. He did everything very professionally. After he was finished installing the toilet he cleaned up and took away the old toilet. I would recommend using HELP plumbing to my friends. I was totally satisfied with the job Rob did.

Very knowledgeable and fast with setting up my appointment. Arrived within an hour after scheduling in 90+ degree heat. Stuart was very helpful, comforting, worked efficiently and I would work with him in the future. I am a new club member and it is worth the membership.

Try to talk me out of a repair to our 25+ year HVAC system. Tried to convince me that I needed a new one, and there was nothing he could do to fix my issue at the time. I asked him just write up an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. He said OK, 20 minutes later he hands me a $3000 estimate. Obviously this was a ploy to try to get me to buy a new system, well it didn’t work. I didn’t use HELP, I went with a different company and got my system repaired and working again for $900. I made the decision to call HELP based on two factors. 1. When I was living at home, my mother used HELP for all of her problems, now that I think about it before she passed away about 10 years ago they talked her into buying a brand new system. I wonder if she actually even needed a new system, now that I actually had a technician out to my own house. 2. I’m a big Cincinnati Reds fan, Marty Brennaman is the spokesperson for this company and those two factors led me to dial their phone number. I never will again, I hate to say that but it’s the truth.

The technicians were very friendly and explained what the problem was in detail. They replaced the faulty outlet within a few minutes and checked to make sure it was working properly. I would definitely recommend Them to my neighbors.

Everyone from this company is top notch. They are quick, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We called for boiler service and they didn’t have anyone available same day so we scheduled for 8am the next day. Soon after we hung up, we got a call that they were able to fit us in that afternoon. We have used HELP Many many times over the years. Their technicians are always professional and courteous . Their work is good work, a little pricey than desired, but most things nowadays is very pricy!! I would recommend to anyone who would ask.

We recently moved into a home that we bought in Morrow, OH and noticed that there were a few plumbing items that needed to be handled. We contacted a few plumbing companies that we were referred to through the Nextdoor app but only received one call back and that plumber was busy. I then remembered seeing the sign for Help Plumbing while driving along I 75 for work and we’re glad we called them. James came out and was extremely professional. He performed a complete check of all of our plumbing and then pointed out a couple of additional items that should be repaired in order to keep our new home in good repair. He fixed those issues quickly while explaining what he was going to do. We’ll be sticking with Help Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.Update - Stay away.Our first experience was great. The plumber that came out identified a few issues other than what we originally needed done and was able to work with us on pricing. Signed us up for their club to have our HVAC system checked in the spring and fall and priority appointments.Called a few times since and their prices are just way too high. The most recent was almost $600 to change out 4 valves under our bathroom sinks. This included a diagnostic fee even with telling the plumber exactly what we wanted done.Other than our first appointment, we haven't received any receipts for services.Called to cancel their club and was told we would need to repay our savings since it's a year membership. Will definitely be canceling as soon as that year is up.

Technician arrived on time. He was dressed in clean & professional uniform. Very polite & courteous. He went right to work, diagnosing the problem. He gave me all the options and pricing quickly. Ordered the parts and began working. Parts arrived quickly, and installation was underway. Nicks, work was completed in no time. Very professionally done old world quality!! They got their snake stuck in my sewer pipe and left it hanging out of my stack and would not call me back. I had to get another plumber to get it out. Help wanted to charge me over 10,000 to get it out and repair my pipe. Ridiculous! I payed you guys to make my problem worse! you can have your snake back Give me back my 97 dollars!

Josh arrived timely, was polite, professional, and to the point. The service call wound up potentially involving new equipment, and he gave us the pros and cons of repairing vs replacing the equipment. We decided to look into financing a new HVAC unit, so Josh had to call a supervising tech who deals with that. Josh waited out in his truck for the new tech, Alex, and introduced him and showed him the issue. Josh stayed to make sure he wasn't needed further and then left. We were very pleased with his honesty and professionalism.Alex was also polite, professional, and to the point with his help in attempting financing. I find it interesting that techs who work with the larger levels of financing have additional training. That made us feel very secure about our information being used. We worked for quite a while to find financing. I hope to work with Alex later in the week and get this project done!!

First of all, the service when we called was great. They were personal and affirmed the urgency of the water heater repairs we requested. They were helpful not only setting up a timely appointment, but created a second appointment for the furnace in just minutes. The offered the HELP plan but we initially turned it down because we thought the repairs would be minor.Come the day of the appointment, they made clear communication about the time of the appointment when the technician was behind schedule. No sitting around guessing about the window they will arrive, which is nice especially with pets.James arrived and immediately surveyed the problem and saw that we were preparing to move. James pointed out several critical repairs that would have been caught in an inspection. He went through each problem personally and advised on the work and provided quotes on the spot. He asvised us on the HELP plan showing us that we'd save money by joining the year long subscription. This was especially true with other upcoming work we anticipate having as we try to sell the house.You can tell James takes great pride in his work by being thorough, honest, and relatable. He was also very respectful always wearing a face mask around our house and in our presence. Some of the best service we could ask for.

They are good and quick, probably a bit on the higher price end, but the service is reliable amd the techs are honest about if you need a particular portion of a job performed (if you are specifically asking for particular work than a general fix [ie water pressure low]).

I used this company about 15 years ago for a furnace repair. They conned me into joining their program so I had to pay them a monthly fee to ensure I could get service when needed and discounts on parts. This is a scam! I had to close my bank account and open a new one to stop these payments. Over the years since then I have used various other companies with great service and reasonable prices without a monthly member fee. Fast forward to 2023...our kitchen drain is clogged and my husband calls a plumber...unfortnately he called HELP. Same scam. They tried to talk him into joining the program for $19.99 a month. He said no thank you I just need this drain cleared. They set up an appointment for the following day between 10:00AM -12:00PM. My husband took the day off work for this. At 8:30AM the day of the appontment they called him to reschedule the appointment and said they couldn't get us another appointment until next week because we aren't members and this isn't an emergency. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS!! BTW my husband then called RotoRooter and they told him they would have a plumber there in half an hour. I know who we will be calling from now on!

A very pleasant experience with Bethany and Auburn. Both did an excellent job. Bethany was very thorough and informative in explaining the work to be done and options offered and Auburn was a very willing worker eager to learn this new job. The work was done as expected, the site cleaned up and no damage to area surrounding the floor drain.Bethany is a very knowledgeable employee and trainer.

Just had my yearly furnace tune up with, David. David did a great job explaining everything and was very thorough. I have found all the techs that have visited my place to be very friendly and outgoing. Never a problem. One problem I had this year and it happened a few years ago as well is, HELP calling you the night before and saying they are going to have to reschedule for whatever reason. This is a huge inconvenience due to my work schedule. I planned their visit out months in advance, and do not understand why it has to be rescheduled for whatever reason they come up with. It’s not like they were trying to squeeze me in. Also they brag on TV how they have thousands of slots every week, so they can’t keep an appointment? Anyway, technicians are friendly and seem well trained. Thank you for that! Troy

The Tech was knowledgeable, patient to answer my questions, respectful of my property, gave me info about how I could save money without being pushy. I called on Friday and work was completed on the following Monday. Jacob is an all-around nice guy. My drains are clean and I will have no problem calling this company for the next issue.

Our heater went out and with temps headed to the 30s in a few days we were in need of fast service. They sent someone out the same day for a full estimate on the required repairs and someone the following day for a quote on a new system. They were very thorough and showed us and explained every detail and answered all our questions clearly along the way. So we felt very confident in both their skills and the assessment of our needs. Everything was very transparent with both the assessment and their pricing. No foggy estimates and no question to what the exact problems were. We could see them ourselves.We ended up choosing a new system because the required repairs were quite extensive. They installed the system the following day. So we went from no heat to a new furnace in under 48 hours.

He informed me of the options and sent me a quote to consider. Nothing pushy like some other home service companies can be. This is my typical experience with all the Help! employees we have had come to our home. Help! is a great home services company!

Very professional, friendly. I wanted my Furnace repair. Due to the age and the repair that needed to be done. I realized I had to get a new furnace. Brian explained all the 3 heating units you offer. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I asked for his opinion, he was very detail with the heating systems. I will be replacing my furnace. I appreciate all the information that was share on the heating systems.

Alex was super friendly and very thorough in his explanation of the repairs we we’re facing with our heat pump unit. He did a full home inspection identifying our true needs to make our unit more efficient and explained all of our options to us and answered all of our questions. My hot water heater was leaking. Josh checked everything out and explained what he was doing. Unfortunately the hot water heater couldn't be repaired but he gave me options for replacement and explained them all. Made the appointment online, easy and timely.

Great experience. I got a technician (very quickly) to come to my home. There were phone calls and texts along the way that kept me informed, plus a photo of the technician which helped me feel secure. My home is built in 1896, so plumbing issues can be complex. My problem was complex, but was resolved quickly and securely to my satisfaction. Plus, the technicians were great!!

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable. Matt serviced the unit and showed me what was done and why. He also made some recommendations and the cost but there was no pressure to purchase anything. The job was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up and working before he left. Jason did a great job fixing my hvac unit. He was quick to respond and fix the problem as well as clean up any mess that had been made by the issue. The home office was great as well, they weee price conscious for me as well as scheduled the best time to get the system fixed.
