We used Osterwisch a few times for electrical and plumbing needs over the past couple of years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. They are always very courteous and very thorough. Most recently John did some electrical work at our house and took extra care to address a few other items requiring attention. They charged me $100 to come and knock a little paint off of my home fan louvre, which was keeping the vent from opening since the vent had been painted over. Then before he left he told me to get up into the attic and figure out what was causing the noise myself!

I’ll never in my life use these folks again. At no point was I told when I was scheduling that I’d be charged an exorbitant service fee for having someone come and look at my fan and I think that is dishonest behavior.
