I have received good and reliable service from Tarvin over the past couple of years. They have been friendly, fast and easy to work with. They did not do more work than was necessary and tried to estimate the cost and get approval before doing the work. Their prices were not a bargain but were fair.

We had such a wonderful experience with using Apollo. After a furnace tune up identified major issues that caused us to need to turn off the furnace, Apollo made sure to send someone out right away to discuss options for a new heating system with us. They were back at our house the next morning to install the system. Every person I spoke with (and I spoke to many different people!) was kind, courteous, professional, and personable. We also had a plumber from Apollo come to fix a small issue too. A shout out to Matthew, Luke, Kevin (both the comfort advisor and the one in the office!), and Mark for making what should have been a really stressful situation feel like a breeze. A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
