I've been very happy with the quality of service that Apollo provides. While they're a bigger company, they still have employees that care and their pricing is competitive. I've never encountered a rude or pushy employee. It's nice to not feel like just a business transaction.

I have been using Halpin Plumbing for many years - I know that we can always rely on them. Excellent reliable service very fairly priced. The technician, Mike, carefully explained the issue to us - once again we were very happy with their service. I absolutely recommend Halpin Plumbing for your needs.

Jolly Plumbing was able to help with my plumbing needs quickly and was very reasonably priced. Everyone, from Beth, who I talked to on the phone, to the plumber who came to my house, was courteous and professional and made my issue a priority. This was a nice change after having dealt with another company that lacked in customer service.

I decided on Five Star Cincinnati Plumbing as my go-to plumbing company after meeting with a few plumbers and doing extensive research. They were always upfront about pricing, so I knew that they weren't trying to take advantage of me or my situation. We replaced our water softener, and now my family is much happier! Not only did we save money in the long run by switching to them, but their customer service was exemplary..

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Great company to work with! They care about building relationships and overlooking mistakes that my company made with theirs.

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
