Vince and his partner were fantastic! Really nice, personable, and professional. We’re had a long-standing and persistent problem with a grease trap connected to our garbage disposal that made the sink nearly unusable.They diagnosed the problem and solution right away, had everything they needed on hand in their truck, and fixed it in under an hour. What more can you ask for? And the price blew the competition’s estimates out of the water! Rescue Plumbing is now our go-to for any plumbing problems.

This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and it was a great experience. Slow draining toilets ended up being a broken sewer line to the street. It certainly was not something I had expected but the professionals at Roto-Rooter showed me exactly what was wrong and brought in a crew to excavate and fix the problem. Jon(#2903) and Rudy(#1918) did a great job, fixed the problem as if they were doing the work on their own homes. I definitely would recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.

I was concerned about a shower that may have been leaking to the ceiling below. Vanguard responded immediately and 2 professionals arrived very quickly and did a thorough review of the situation. I would definitely use Vanguard again!

Best plumber ever!! Kitchen faucet stopped working Thanksgiving morning. When searching for a plumber their name came up and I recognized it from a couple years back when they replaced a toilet and injector pump in my home. Turns out owner was nearby, so he came personally and jury rigged it to last the holiday (faucet was low end Home Depot and over 15 years old so I feel confident it lived a full life!). Made replacement recs and came back to install. Highly, highly recommend!

Edwin has helped us twice, both with urgent situations. Once with a sump pump issue and the second was a hot water heater issue. Edwin was responsive, knowledgeable, calm, and honest. We knew we were in good hands the first time we met him. We’d highly recommend him to anyone!

Eddie and Luis deserve all the stars. We called and had no idea what happened with our hot water heater, Eddie came and diagnosed the issue immediately. They installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours I was shocked and sooo happy. We’ll be using them from now on for our 2 flat building!

Needed water line installed for fridge. Did great work, explained what had to happened before work was started and explained what was done after. Very transparent on price.

Called three times, every time they hung up on me. Some kind of service they have.

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

These gentlemen led by Juan did amazing work. They kept me in the loop throughout the process, got it done, and did it well. They do great work and were professional in every way.

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). They showed up early, tag teamed the job, did great work and fixed the problem. I’ve used rescue before and they were great. Highly recommend them and specifically recommend Pete and Noah.
