Pete Ismail and his son were here within a few hours and were extremely professional, quick to diagnose, and explained the situation clearly and concisely before fixing the issues we were having. 10 out of 10 would call again. We called RotoRooter when we found water on our basement floor. It turns out we had what we discovered was a failing ejector pump. The team of plumbers who arrived on Saturday night at 6pm (earlier than the originally quoted 9-11pm window) diagnosed the problem, but weren't licensed to replace the pump. They scheduled an appointment for me the following day. That night, a supervisor called to say he could come out if we needed him to immediately, but we said we'd wait until the following day because fortunately we had other facilities we could use. The plumber who arrived addressed the issue efficiently. All the people we interacted with were polite and courteous in dealing with the problem. With this kind of thing, it's hard to compare prices since you're in a bind and need to have the work done by the first person who comes out, but we appreciated that the initial appointment on Saturday night was free of charge since they couldn't fix the problem. The labor cost sounded steep on the return visit, but it's a yucky job so it's probably to be expected.

Fixed an issue we’ve been having for over a year. We had at least 3 plumbers take a look at our toilet and none of them could fix the problem except for Vanguard Plumbing. Happy to use their service again.

It was honestly not a big job but we needed a professional plumber to take care of a leak in the toilet. Good thing about them is that they responded and sent a skilled technician who fixed the pipes that were leaking.

Their prices are high, but you get reliable, high quality, and fast work. So in that equation of good, cheap, and quick-- those are the two of the three that I needed.The person who came out today to assess everything before the work was performed was really excellent at explaining and patient with my questions, for what it's worth. Not all service providers will do that.

We had just moved to a new home and the garbage disposal was not functioning. The sink was backing up and there was a bunches of dishes, pots and pans that needed to be washed before being put away. I called Apex, told them my problem and three hours later Chas, the owner’s son, showed up. Chas fixed it and explained the disposal had been seized by rust or jammed. He quickly taught me how to fix it if it happened again and left a Allen wrench-like key for me to do so. Great service and attitude! We use these guys for everything and would absolutely recommend you do as well.

I would for sure go with Go-Rooter if I ever have an issue again. Juan was super nice, friendly, and very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what my issue was in a detailed manner and answered all my questions. He even went back to get another part to make sure that the problem wouldn't persist. There was an additional issue the next day and he came back out immediately for a fair price and addressed the problem.
