I am very happy with my experience with Rescue Plumbing. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day (which is extremely hard to find with other companies). Rick & Eric were professional, friendly, and got the job done in a short amount of time. They cleaned up after themselves and provided additional information about the new garbage disposal. I highly recommend.

We had been having issues with our shower effectively controlling our water temperature. We had previously had another plumber attempt to fix it but was not able to replace the broken part because they told us to purchase the wrong one. I found Vanguard and got a quote that included the necessary parts which the plumbers purchased and brought with them and were able to fix quickly. They also pointed out a couple other issues with building's water heater that they recommended fixing and provided a quote for that additional work that I could bring to our HOA. I really appreciated that both plumbers were professional, friendly and explained the work they needed to do. I would definitely feel confident using them again.

I had some water leakage problems on a toilet in my Rogers Park Condo. I'm not home often and my roommate didn't know what to do. I contacted VanDerBosch as they had done a fantastic job for my partners home a few months back in Andersonville with fixing (2) sink leaks and replacement of some faucets all done at a reasonable price and relatively quick amount of time. Upon calling VanDerBosch, Lauren helped get me scheduled for a tech to come out within a couple hours. Upon arriving at my home, Joe, my technician, was able to figure out what the problem was and called me to explain what was happening and gave me a free quote on the spot. Since it was a minor fix and we had a temporary answer to our water leak problems, I chose not to have them do the work as I can do it myself but I know that I have a trusted guy that I can call on for any future problems. I feel confident in referring this plumbing company to others since I had a good experience and I have seen completion work performed at my partners home and the tech was polite, low pressure and the area was left clean. I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

Father and son replaced my main water line coming from the city valve (bbox) to the inside main valve which it was about 5.5 feet underground. The city don't cover this so its on your own responsibility and call a plumping company. Paul gave me a good price, they said it was a flat price so they did a trenchless method and did 3 holes 2 outside and 1 inside about 2 ft x 2 ft inside. It took them about 3 days to do the work and about 3.5 weeks to get the permit from the city. They replaced the line with a new 1 in copper k line straight from the b box and replaced my inside valve too. The inside had tile so what they did they backfill all holes the inside with cement but i was responsible for the tile...the outside they did about 4 in with sand to protect the pipes and back fill with the same dirt. Overall i have more pressure since i had 3/4 galvanized pipe very very corroded with several leaks. I had water going inside the house from leaks but i also heard the pipe making loud noises like if someone was using the water usually at night you can hear it clearly so thats how i found out is was a leak and from were. The price was better than other companies. It was my first time contacting them but i would recommend them for similar projects. I was the one who replaced part of my drywall since it had mold from water coming in,they did not do that incase you are worried that they will.

Very honest. Had a leaking kitchen faucet. Was just a simple loose hose. And no charge for the service call. Thank you Apex. BTW, second time I have used them. Last year they fixed a complicated shower issue, also professionally done with quick service. Highly recommended.

Juan has helped me many times over the years on projects small and large. He's very responsive and communicates well. The first time I met him he helped me with a large sewer project between my building and the city sewer. His bid was competitive and he got started right away. Since then he's helped me install faucets, repair drains, and find gas leaks. Highly recommend.

Had an urgent clogged toilet situation that needed to be addressed. I called the morning of and they were able to come before noon. Pete and Noah were awesome. They unclogged it quickly and were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I plan to use Rescue Plumbing for all future plumbing needs!

We were quoted approximately $2000 for 4 hours of work to replace an old concrete utility sink—including removal—which is obscene. The average hourly rate for a plumber according to google is $45 - $150 an hour. We decided to do it ourselves and the materials cost about $120. Add to that $600–let’s be generous and go with $150/hour—and that comes to $720. So, why are they charging more than twice that? I’m happy to pay good money for good work but it’s hard for me to see how they’re not taking advantage of people
