After the recent rain we discovered we had water coming up from a drain in our electrical closet, and it was flooding out onto the carpet. We called and were able to get same-day service, and they were able to unclog the pipes in about 30 min. They also gave us some education on our water heater.

I received a call approximately 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving so that I could meet them. He arrived, explained what repair was needed and kept me informed through the process.

Contacted this business on 12/27 to schedule for 12/29 from 9am to 12pm. They were a no-show and never contacted me to reschedule. I called at 11:40am to inquire about the appointment and was told i would be contacted. I tried again at 12:15pm. No response,, so I left a message. I waited all day for no reason. Very unprofessional way to handle appointments. I will seek another company.
