We had a main line sewer clog on a Sunday. Andre (#8971) came out and got everything working! He found the source of the blockage and cleared the tree roots from the sewer line. He showed me the problem areas on the camera and explained things to me in terms I could understand. I appreciate his diligence, hard work and all the time and effort he put in to fixing the problem. After trying to fix a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink and realizing it needed to be cut and replaced, I found Vanguard via a Yelp search and received an estimate. I thought it could be a bit high, so I got a few other estimates and realized that it was going to be a bigger project than I assumed. I ultimately went with Vanguard based on their excellent reviews and I am happy I did. They set up an appointment next day and completed the job in essentially the estimated time. I also had them replace an o-ring on one of my toilets as we were getting sewer odors. Come to find out it wasn't the o-ring, it was a lack of a proper flange. So that also needed to be replaced. All-in-all, the quality and service were excellent. Will definitely reach out to Vanguard first with my next plumbing need.

Outstanding service! We called because any time we used an appliance (washer, toilet, dish washer) our basement would take on water. J came out the same day and stayed almost 5 hours until the job was done! He unclogged all the sewer lines beneath our home, explained what he was doing, showed us the problem and resolved the issue. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been a homeowner for 18+ years and have had my share of unreliable questionable contractors. I found Eddie and Luis on google and thought I’d give them a try. I had renovations done on my basement which involved relocating my water heater. I was unsure about connecting it so I called a professional. Eddie and his son were super responsive and offered fair pricing and in addition to the water heater I had them install my toilet and bathroom sink as well. Confidently, on a later date I asked him to re-configure the piping under the kitchen sink which would allow for more space and storage. He also addressed a two year old leak I had underneath my pedestal sink. These days it’s VERY HARD to find good, fair priced contractors for anything!! However, Eddie and his son Luis did a stellar job! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future jobs!

We have used Van Der Bosch plumbing for at least 10 years. As a management company, it is hard to find an honest, hardworking contractor who returns your calls, comes through in an emergency and drops everything to help you. This is Van Der Bosch. They come on time, they get to the root of the problem (they don't just band-aid problems) and they are pleasant to work with even when standing in knee deep sewer water. Highly recommend them.

I have used J. Blanton several times in emergency situations. They are the one company I can get to my house at any time and they have fixed the problem every time. Most recently, on Christmas Eve, I came home to find water in my downstairs from a burst pipe. The damage was significant. J. Blanton was on site within hours and the problem was fixed. Several years ago my hot water heater went out in winter. They were onsite and able to replace my heater within a very short amount of time. I have continued to use J. Blanton for routine services and find them responsive and reasonable. Their plumbers are all very knowledgeable and get the job done.

This is a bad plumbing outfit. They charge extremely high prices for a less than adequate job -- they don't look for solutions and borderline rude in trying to figure out what to do about 'grey area' type problems. Poor experience overall! Not using again!
