Best Toilet Replacement in Chicago IL

Loved that Rescue Plumbing came out on a holiday weekend and did not charge extra for their services. It was also terrific that Pete and Noah had a new replacement garbage disposal in their truck, so they did not have to make two separate visits to resolve my issue. Pete and Noah were professional, courteous and had my new garbage disposal installed in no time. Would definitely recommend Rescue Plumbing and we will be using them again for our plumbing needs.

This morning as i was headed out the door i noticed something out of the corner of my eye. soap bubbles. at the rim of the kitchen sink. odd i think to myself and walk over to inspect. the kitchen sink is completely full of water which is really odd because there was no water running. i call work and tell them i will be late and go grab the plunger. i plunge and i plunge and nothing happens so call a plumber i must.

rob was the 3rd plumber i called and the first who answered his phone. i told him the problem. he told me what he thought it was. he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes to let me know when his guys could be over.

in the meantime i got distracted by the apartment building on the corner catching on fire.

15 minutes or so later rob called back. his guys would be there in a half hour to an hour. about 40 minutes later two guys showed up. took some things apart. snaked some things. got the water draining properly again. i'm on the first floor and the main line for the building was filled with a rock of grease. they showed me a pipe in my sink's drain that seriously needed to be replaced. it had a huge rust spot and completely crumbled upon further inspection. a quick trip to home depot for a new pipe. installed the pipe and out the door they went.

i am a new homeowner and this was my first time dealing with a plumber. i can say with certainty these guys will be my first call next time i have troubles!

The expert plumber and the crew were super professional and I felt great knowing that a professional team fixed my leak and installed my new water heater. I recommend what they do.

Drew was simply the best. I have not met a more genuine and hard working person. He worked so hard to save my toilet so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new system. He definitely worked overtime and longer than any other person would have to fix our problem, but at the end of the day, he fixed it! I am so pleased. Since I bought my house in 2012 - this is the only person I have trusted to do anything on any aspect of the plumbing. They also installed my gas line for the grill outside. Which I never knew was in the scope of plumber's work! Great job all around and highly recommend.

Amazing service! Multi-unit condo and commercial building had a sewer clog and it wasn't at all clear where the access point to the sewer was. Nate was soooo helpful and thorough in trying to get access to the sewer and get our issue resolved! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! John and Kevin who worked on the sewer were also great! Would highly recommend Kuhn Plumbing.

They responded promptly and showed up on time. They explained the problems and repairs and recommended good quality fixtures. They were professional and did a good job of installing faucets and repairing deteriorated original plumbing. I would turn to them again.

Mr Burris will get your heating system straight! He is a great heating and plumbing man who will explain everything to you about what he’s doing. I feel like a student when he’s there from all the great knowledge he’s sharing.
