Fast service, fixed our clogged bathroom sink and tub quickly. Grant (#3176) was knowledgeable and worked quickly. He not only unclogged our drain, but let us know how to keep it working well in the future (which I'm sure our downstairs neighbors will appreciate since the ancient drain trap filled their light fixture with tub water!). I especially appreciated Roto-Rooter coming out in zero degree temps to deal with our tub (less than 3 hours from initial call to fix) when the city is dealing with frozen pipes, etc.

Pipe burst in my house. I have some experience fixing water lines but was intimidated to start. He gave me ideas over the phone to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself and save a bunch of money. He was willing to come to the house within hours to fix the problem if I was unable. Amazing service! Multi-unit condo and commercial building had a sewer clog and it wasn't at all clear where the access point to the sewer was. Nate was soooo helpful and thorough in trying to get access to the sewer and get our issue resolved! He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional! John and Kevin who worked on the sewer were also great! Would highly recommend Kuhn Plumbing.

We hired him to repair the downspout pipe and water service line leak in the patio. They did a good job and came back to adjust the shut off valve after the patio paver was restored.

I am a new homeowner and within the past year, I have been having issues with sewage coming in my basement. I called Burris and Sons based on the reviews and a 4.8 rating. I explained my issue and I was scheduled for a 2 p.m. appointment on the weekend. Mr. Burris showed up before the scheduled time and went directly to the source of the problem. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why it was being done. He also gave advice and suggestions on how to maintain an open system.
