Josh came to our condo and spent a couple hours and fixed the main issue we had with our shower, as well as a few other little things that were not working perfectly. Thank you! We would not have a working bathroom without you.

Had a broken pipe behind the wall, they had to open wall and remove broken pipe and put in a shutoff valve in. Took two hours. Cost was $1100 Thought it was a little pricey and could have done a better job cleaning up. Otherwise the guy that came out was very nice.

Vanguard Plumbing was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were so fast to respond to my initial inquiry and scheduled a visit shortly after we connected. Both plumbers who came to my home were knowledgable + super friendly and were able to fix our issues quickly. I received a follow up call from Jan himself to confirm that I was sastisfied with the completed job. Would 10/10 recommend!

I was hesitant at first because of the distance between my home in the Western suburbs and where they're located in the city, however, they made it work! I had a sewer line backup last night where dirty water was coming up my basement toilet and running over the brim. The water came up over the brim half hour after I had given up plunging for the previous hour the water that didn't go down, hence my clue as to why the main sewer line was backed up.

I reached out to someone there. The dispatcher gave me a call back immediately. He scheduled a time and told me to expect a call from Mike. Mike gave me a call shortly after and told me he'd be here by the top of the hour. He and his partner, Peter, was 15 minutes early. I appreciated that.

I wanted to learn about what he was doing, as I like learning new things. He didn't mind me standing there and asking questions and did so with a great attitude and a smile. In about an hour or so, he was able to not only rod out space for water to flow to the sewer, but he was able to run a tool down the line to clear the four or five root balls out of the line. He ran a camera to confirm what was down there before removing them and he ran a camera after.

The bill was right, but I've also always understood the perspective of quality and value over quantity, as previous plumbers just rodded the pipe, which is simply a band-aid to cover a bigger issue, whereas Rocket Plumbing provided the quality and value. Along with what I paid, there is a two year warranty to warrant their work in case I need them to come out to resolve the same matter.

First Chicago was very responsive to my plumbing needs. Eugene and his partner showed up early and fixed the problem that we had with our sink. He also to took the time to explain what the issue was and how they fixed it. These guys were very professional and know their trade. The price was pretty fair as well.

Eduardo was an incredible find and I’d recommend his services to anyone in need. We first contacted him to find out the issue with our downstairs plumbing drain. He was impressively responsive, available and on-time. He isolated the problem and provided the fix in an incredibly time efficient manner. On top of that, the price is fantastic considering the level of professionalism and quality provided. When we had another issue with our ceiling getting water damage, we dialed him right away. Eduardo came THAT afternoon to take a look and was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule 2 days later to perform the work. He once again isolated the issue within minutes and knew how to fix it. We validated it was the root of the problem and he was able to complete the work in just about an hour. The icing on the cake is that he takes pride in his work and cleans up afterwards, leaving your place just as it was. The cherry on top is he is a genuinely nice person. We need more small businesses and local handymen around. I hope you’ll support Eduardo if you are ever in need like I have, twice.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. They were very communicative, professional and truly honest people. We will be using them for any future plumbing issues and would highly recommend!! Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

These guys do a great job. Punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and they get the job done. I would give five stars if charge was a bit less. He mentioned cost of living increase but my social security check doesn't keep pace with that. Maybe a senior discount? UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by Go-Rooter. They professed concern about my comments regarding their charge and provided a refund to my credit card. I am extremely grateful for this, and need to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Jorge and Tony came out to my office to help repair a plumbing issue. Very nice people. I would use them again.

Came out to replace a hose bib that had frozen and cracked due to incorrect installation by the builder, ended up doing some drilling on the masonry to angle the pipe correctly and prevent the next one from suffering the same fate. We're now 2 years without issue, so: thanks for a job well done and done promptly.
