I hired Alex and his completely reliable and experienced Go-Rooter team months ago, to repair major spillovers from drain cycles of our basement clothes washer. Our DePaul area home was built around 1890, and Alex and his team needed to explore and excavate defects in its original underground works. Their underground rebuilding for my wife and me included damaged-pipes repairs, hydro jet use that disposed of large amounts of sand, bricks and other debris, rebuilding of the catch basin that extended from the laundry area to the home's outside and replacement of collapsed pipe lines, bricks and various surrounding support. We are very satisfied with the team's efforts and results, and we have continued to enlist Alex with subsequent projects. Bill N.

Cant thank Rescue Plumbing enough! My mom's water heater was flooding her basement and no one would come out without a ridiculous emergency fee. They charged me a $99 emergency fee which was amazing compared to $300-$500 ER Fees. Benjamin came out turned off the water heater and started draining the heater. Thomas & Sam came in right behind him and we were up & running in no time. Thank you Rescue Plumbing!!!

Service tech arrived promptly in under 1/2hr after I received a call he was intransit. One of the competitions showed up unannounced while Eric was finishing up the job . The 3rd & 4th competitors were no shows. Eric was professional, courteous and cordial. He was accommodating with the fact that it was a short run problem and was very salesman like in negotiating an accommodating price. He was quick to remove his equipment & get to work. He was again very professional and personable while inspecting the site with his camera. He spoke very highly of his company and the other tech.'s.
