Answered the phone on the first ring and had a next day appointment for a leaky bathroom faucet repair or replacement. Though, they would only quote the $90 service call and would not provide (over the phone or email) any costs beyond that. I emailed photos of the faucet and requested that we discuss having a replacement on hand to eliminate a second service call, but they would not do that, stating that parts could be run out from their warehouse same day (I am skeptical here). I spoke to two other plumbers who were happy to provide repair vs. replacement costs up front, before the service call, so I could make an intelligent decision on costs and repair vs replacement. Especially, since I have the exact same faucet in another bathroom, and want them to match (not to mention the faucets are the same age and the other one is likely to leak at some point, as well). Cancelled my (convenient) next day appointment with them. Worth it to eliminate pricing surprises. Will go with someone else.

Armion, #601 came out this Saturday morning to fix my toilet. When he could not stop the leak with new parts, we discussed a whole new toilet with full warranty. I agreed. He picked up and installed a very nice American Standard one. It looks and works great. He was very helpful in explaining and showing me everything. He was very clean in his work. I recommend him highly.

Rob and crew installed a tankless water heater. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly. The install was a bit of a challenge given the limited space and vent issues. Rob is very responsive and easy to work with. Pricing was fair too. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs.

Came through when our condo was in an emergency. We had a gas leak caused by leaking pipes in our building. Kavana's Plumbing was able to come out the same day and fix the leaking pipes. Service was very professional and he explained what he was doing both before and after working. The leaks were fixed and we were able to get our gas turned back on!

Walter came in and saved the day on our major plumbing issues. We originally started working with a different plumbing company who needed Walter's assistance and he came in and immediately identified the issues and came up with a plan to fix everything. He was a true professional and always kept me apprised of what was happening.

Additionally, he worked well with the plumbing inspector (from Park Ridge) and performed all the repairs as per their plumbing code. I would definitely call him again if any other plumbing work was ever needed.

Logan was fantastic. Explained in detail what they were going to do with cleaning my ejector pit. We get odor from the ejector pump and they came in a cleaned it and sealed it. He also gave clear recommendations on future maintenance. Overall, great experience and will use them again.

Burris & Sons was only company in area that listed itself as 24 hours that actually responded to an emergency call in the evening. My furnace which had worked all day with no problem suddenly stopped. Mr. Burris traced the issue to find the simple problem. On an evening where a storm and cold temperatures were coming through Mr Burris got the furnace working again.
