Had slow draining tub. Had a local plumber work on it a few weeks ago and he got it working better, but only for a few days. Scheduled appointment with Roto Rooter online and tech showed up within schedule time window the following morning. (Tech # 4004).Very friendly guy and communicated exactly what he needed to do in order to properly clear out the drain path. It took a while for him to open the P-Trap since the home is old, but he was persistent and finally got it open. Ran the tool and tested water flow to confirm it was clear. They provide 6-month guarantee so I wish I would have contacted them first. Definitely would recommend Roto Rooter to others. Not cheapest, but well worth having the peace of mind for at least 6-months.

After Home Depot failed to properly install my washer and dryer and caused damage while attempting to install the washer and dryer several times, I called Right Away Plumbing. George and Anthony came out the next morning, repaired the damages Home Depot caused and properly installed my washer and dryer. They took detailed pictures of the before / after results and provided an invoice via email while at my condo. They even took a look at my leaky sink for free. George and Anthony were true professionals. I wish I would have called these guys the first time around.

A little while back I called John to fix the leak in my shower. The house was built in 1950 and John determined the problem was in the faucets - that were original to the house. He has connections and was actually able to find the antique parts to fix the faucets! Most recently there was a kitchen clogged drain (a slight understatement!) that needed unplugging, partially due to the fact that the previous plumber didn't really do the job. This kitchen drain turned into a major job, with pipes to be replaced and bypasses to be made. It was a LOT of work, but John and his worker were troopers and they got it all done in one day. They also reset the toilet which had started sliding around on the floor. To say that I am happy with the work in an understatement! A+ work!
