Had my kitchen sink faucet replaced. The plumber that did the work, Nathan, was very professional and swapped out faucets correctly. New faucet works great. Arrived on time, wore shoe covers to keep my place clean, provided a full list of options depending on the level of repair I was looking for. Had follow up from the owner after I had questions about pricing so I really appreciate that. Thank you!

Great experience! My water heater literally exploded water was continuously going everywhere I have no idea how long it was like that. I called Goode they told me where to turn off the water. They stated they could get a tech out the same day but since I already took a cold shower I told them the next day was fine. The plumber Chip called me first thing in the morning & said they were on the way he was very upbeat -loved that for first thing in the morning.Chip and his assistant Brendan were great!Besides being so polite, they put on shoe covers upon their arrival, Chip was informative he walked me thru the entire process of the water heater installation and what my warranty was along with it. He asked if I needed anything else while they were there so I had our basement toilet fixed (so happy we do not have to run upstairs all the time now ha) not only did they take the old water heater with them they cleaned up the work area and then some. His assistant was learning at the same time very focused and efficient.I will definitely be referring Goode out to friends/family/clients & especially my neighbors telling them to ASK FOR CHIP!He made a very stressful situation not so stressful.Shout out to the office girls they were very nice and kept me updated of the process of my appointment and followed up with a text to see if everything was ok. We use Chicagoland Quality Plumbing for all of our plumbing issues/needs and have for some time. Excellent service and accommodating when there's an issue that is time sensitive. We've had minor stuff fixed, sump pumps replaced, water lines put in for the freezer ice machine, etc. All have been pleasant experiences and holding up perfectly. Would recommend!

I had a pretty big leak so I called. Within 2 hours Bob was out fixing it, and he fixed my other 5 small leaks with no problem! It wasn't a big job but it was important to me so it became important to Bob. I couldn't have asked for better service and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... These companies are all over the board in price so nothings going to be cheap in these areas... I did my home work before hiring this company and have years of experience with this issue... This company over all even though Of the high price comment on one thing was fair... So $$$ aside he knows his stuff and you will be able to depend on him getting it done right and being professional...
