We had a clogged sump pump line, and feared we may a root or worse obstructing the line, so we called RotoRooter to take a look. There was no rush, but from the very beginning of the call through the completion of the service, each person we worked with was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The person on the phone (I didn't catch her name) understood it wasn't an emergency, but scheduled service for the next day anyway. Our service technician, Felipe Bueno, was awesome! He analyzed the situation, walked me through multiple solutions to solve our problem depending on what he found, explained the costs fully, and estimated the time to complete the service. He treated our job like he was working on his own house and completed the work in the time and for the cost he quoted - professionally done with no surprises. We called more than a week ago to get an appointment. Appointment day comes, appointment window closes, neither hide nor hair of anyone from this company. I tried calling them in the last 15 minutes of the appt window, and the exceedingly rude answering service simply asks, Is your appointment window done yet? Well no. Then call back after it's past and no one shows up. Worthless. Call again after the window passes, I'm on hold for 10 minutes, same lady answers and tells us the service person will call. 20 more minutes he calls to tell us he never had a ticket with us. Now I have to wait until Monday for THEM to call ME back, most likely to wait another week for an appt. Nothing during the week of course because they have banker's hours and it costs time and a half for anything after 5pm, you know, when most people are home and available. The available 24 hours is a lie, anything outside of banker's hours will cost you an arm and a leg. Worthless. Save yourself time and frustration, find another company.

Performed a complete reconfiguration to replace and repair the broken drainage copper pipe from the kitchen sink. Also installled new replacement Zoeller sump pump on the same day. Will recommend Zunica if you have an emergency.

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

I'm a fan! They are now my go-to plumber. I’m not sure where to even begin with this review. Words are not enough to describe what lifesavers Victor and Chooch (sp) were on Christmas weekend when the the pipes from my boiler iced over and broke. I called Victor after picking Plumbing 123 out of a list on yelp for their excellent ratings and because it said they were emergency plumbers. They showed up at my house on the 23rd of December within a couple of hours. Needless to say, they worked tirelessly, diligently and with a sense of humor…which helped immensely, all through the night until about 4 in the morning. They also took the time to look and see whether there were other possible breaks or leaks. Victor even took the time to help me figure out how to shut off the valves on the boiler in an emergency….in case other pipes burst. That same evening unfortunately I discovered another large leak inside the wall this time and once again they showed up in about an hour. When I tell you that their work is perfect I mean it. Victor knows his stuff and is incredibly meticulous about his work. I am truly lucky to have found them and am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again guys you made a really bad situation way better.

Responded same day to look at a problem with our stove's gas line. Manny did an excellent job explaining the problem and addressing the situation. Would happily use them again.

Excellent service and honest dealing, going well beyond expectations.

We stumbled on to 4S Plumbing unwittingly through a referral from another plumber that wasn't able to help us. It was a happy accident though. Our plumber Tim was not only professional but an all-around nice guy who was happy to answer questions and look at other plumbing and leak issues around the house.

Tim had come to replace a kitchen faucet, but by the end of the visit our jammed garbage disposal was working and our previously useless upstairs bath had water pressure. Except for the faucet, these were all relatively simple fixes that a less scrupulous plumber could have easily have used to run up the bill. At the end of the day, half of our household maintenance list was checked off, and our bill was less than $400.

As for the backend, Bill responded immediately to our call, scheduling Tim's visit within a few hours. Billing was prompt, and all labor and parts charges were clearly delineated in an email receipt, which we were able to pay online.

In short, 4S is prompt, professional, modern and above all incredibly honest.
