I have been using these guys for years, and I have always been happy with their work. Sam was thorough and pleasant, and he did a good job. My only caveat is they are not cheap! But I do feel like you get what you pay for with home repair.

Roto-Rooter provides full-service plumbing repair and water damage clean up, as well as sewer and drain service – for both residential and commercial customers.I am in the process of renovating my town home and needed to have a 25-year old washer/dryer combo unit removed from an unbelievably small and tight spot. The appliance company refused to take the machine away because the water valves that feed the washer were outdated and leaky. I reached out to a handyman friend who suggested I call Roto-Rooter. I made the call and they had a technician at my home in just over one hour. That is the fastest service call of any kind that I’ve ever had! There was no extra charge for the speedy service call.Armion (#601), a 20+ year plumbing expert was very professional, friendly, provided me with a written estimate and was prepared to do the job on the spot! He clearly explained everything in advance and then confirmed with me every step of the way. He was equipped and able to handle anything! I felt confident the work would be done correctly the first time.The job required a portion of dry wall be cut away to get to the old valves and then the new pipes had to be soldered in place. Armion was able to do it all and in a short amount of time. I enjoyed talking with him and learned a lot during the process.I had a very positive experience and only have good things to share about the service I received. I will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter in the future for any and all plumbing issues I have and will refer them to all of my family and friends as well. Call them, you will be glad you did!

I talked to Jan to have both ejector pumps in my home replaced. I was also planning on getting the anode rod in my water heater replaced, however, due to its placement and the difficulty in getting access to the old one, I decided to against it. I definitely appreciated the time Jan took to discuss options and he wasn't pressuring me to go in one direction or another. After that, he quickly gave me an estimate for the ejector pump replacement, got it scheduled, and ended up charging less because the job took 1.5 hours less than estimated.

Jimmy knew exactly how to fix my kitchen sink drainage problem. He replaced a clogged, galvanized steel pipe with PVC, re-pitched an existing PVC pipe and replaced an outdated P-trap with a Y drain connection. Water now drains easily in my kitchen sink. Needless to say, this was a very messy job as it involved years and years of accumulated grease and food waste. Jimmy left the work site cleaner than he found it. I have used Rocket Plumbing in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They never disappoint.

Rob West and his team HAVE ALWAYS DONE RIGHT BY ME.

I literally just got off a 2 hour phone call with Rob himself where he took the time out of his day to help me understand the intricacies of our building's plumbing and to brainstorm ways that I can do a TON of the easy footwork myself. And he charged nothing for these two hours! This is why he is ALWAYS my go-to-guy.

Now I can do the easy investigating and don't have to drain our HOA Reserves on easy labor hours that we can do ourselves.

Yes, he literally gave up easy labor hours for the sake of our HOA Reserves. What a guy.

Just a heads up though. Rob can talk your ear off and I mean that in the absolute highest of compliments because information is king and he knows what he's talking about.

He also absolutely CRUSHED all the quotes/bids we conducted with other plumbing companies and his work was top notch. Oh, and he was available much easier and much sooner than the rest.

I strongly recommend Mr. Sandoval for plumbing needs. When a pipe froze over the holidays, Mr. Sandoval fixed the leak quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. We later hired him to reroute and re-insulate our plumbing, and his team was flexible and fair and did an excellent job. I recently called Plumbers 911 because I was having trouble with my sump pump. They responded very quickly and were very professional. I then contacted them again because my garbage disposal broke. Once again they responded quickly. I highly recommend Plumbers 911!

We hired Apex to review a problem in our condo-owner-managed, historic, three flat! We had originally thought it was our sump but subsequently figured out it was actually a break in our sewer line! This was a very scary issue for us and Apex kept us informed and on an expeditious schedule the entire time. They worked with us to rod out, jet, camera and ultimately find a break in our main sewer line, where it meets the City's in the street. They helped guide us through the City's PDP process and coordinated the City's review and acceptance of our condo building in the PDP Program. All the guys (Chas, Aiden, someone else I'm forgetting- I'm sorry!) were helpful, responsive, professional and answered all my questions. They ultimately left me, and our condo owners, with a better understanding and knowledge of our historic condo's plumbing and gave us a few tips along the way! Thanks guys! Highly recommend!

i had a blocked kitchen sink in my condo, and it was somewhat of a bureaucratic nightmare trying to get the coi that the property managers required. Edwin did a great job and put in a lot of effort dealing with the insurance company and the property managers to expedite this. Edwin kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jorge and his associate did a very professional and efficient job.
