We’ve had various plumbing issues in our building over the years and tried a few different plumbing companies. When the main water line coming in to our building sprung a leak, we weren’t able get any of the plumbing companies that we had used before to come out fast enough. That’s when we found Edwin at Chicagoland Quality Plumbing. After Edwin fixed our leak, I started talking with him about some of the other plumbing issues in our old building and in my unit. Coincidentally, my unit on the ground floor was just starting to be rehabbed, and the contractor couldn’t find a plumber. I asked Edwin if he was interested in the work and he was. That started an 8 month project where he repaired and improved our main sewer and sanitation lines, added an outdoor hose spigot, did the rough ins for my bathroom remodels, removed and replaced a bathtub, water heater, 2 toilets, garbage disposal, and all faucets and fixtures. I found Edwin to be very responsive and professional, and the work he did was good quality, just like the name of his business. He stands behind his work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend him.

Our outdoor spigot suddenly stopped working and I called Sandoval Plumbing. Eduardo answered immediately, arrived punctually and listened, then diagnosed the problem. He stuck to his quoted price, revealing that it was all inclusive of materials and labor, and arrived later to do the work. He was quick, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. And, his demeanor is friendly and professional. I would hire him again whenever I need a plumber. He's a treasure in the neighborhood (Irving Park/West Walker/Independence Park).

Responsive, fast and polite. Unlike other plumbers I have used in the past, they did NOT find new problems to fix (i.e, there weren't any unexpected add-ons).

We had an urgent need to have our main drain cleared. Go-rooter responded the same day, and were out in less than 24 hours to perform the service. They used cameras to show us the problem and video to demonstrate the resolution. They were professional yet friendly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Friday morning All Pro Plumbing reviewed a video of a tub drain leaking into the basement of my home. Saturday, 10am Joe and Bill arrive at my home wearing masks (due to the Covid-19 virus alert). I showed them the leak. They told me what needed to be done and it was consistent with what other companies were telling me (replace pipping with PVC). At 1:30pm they were finished. They cleaned up all the dust and lath they had to break through to do the job correctly. They showed me how the new tub drain held water. They showed me the new PVC piping had no leaks. In looking at their work it was very neat, very clean, very nice. Also, they didn't remove their masks until they were outside. I'm very happy with All Pro Plumbing. So, for any future plumbing concerns I may have, my first (and hopefully only) call will be to All Pro Plumbing.
