We had to replace our water heater. Kyle (3269) was so amazing to work with. He came in and took the time to see if there was a way to repair it first. With no luck, he took the time to walk us through the whole process. He was able to replace it within a few hours. It was so nice to have such a nice person help us when something like this happen.
