No flow situation in our sewer. Called at 6:30am. Showed up at 8am. Determined that they needed to replace the old pipe in our front yard. Showed me the damage and why it needed to be done plainly. Had it fixed by 4pm the very next day. Incredibly professional. Sure, it was a little pricey. But, their professionalism and ability to answer questions concisely made a hug difference. The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! Very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Edwin was fantastic in working to clear a persistently clogged shower drain. I called in the morning and he was able to come out later that afternoon. It was clear from the way he worked that he really cares about doing a quality job and not leaving any hanging problems.
