Hired Jan as a specialist to review a sewer oddity found in general inspection on a SFH purchase. That was quickly identified, however Jan also took the time to go over all of the plumbing with me. He found numerous places where the plumbing had not been added to or updated properly. The amount of work to fix it up to current code was great, and Jan's thoroughness helped us avoid huge bills in the future by passing on the property. Highly recommend!

I can't thank John and Andrew for their excellent work. Our boiler needed to have a pipe replaced and other work. John and Andrew came on time and completely dismantled the boiler. They explained what they were doing and the thoroughly cleaned, replaced and restored everything back to working order. Along the way they explained what they were doing and why and they were very thorough. They cleaned up the area after their work and then some, the area looked much better than when they came in. The informatioin they provided was invaluable. I can't wait to have them back this Fall to start up the boiler for the coming year. They are the best. The price we were charged for this work was very resonable, too.

Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. These guys are super great and awesome. I had 3 inches of water in my basement. He came over, discovered it was just the button on my sump pump outlet was pushed out. Pushed it back in everything worked fine. Took 2 seconds, he didn't even charge me. One of the rare honest good plumbers.

Cant thank Rescue Plumbing enough! My mom's water heater was flooding her basement and no one would come out without a ridiculous emergency fee. They charged me a $99 emergency fee which was amazing compared to $300-$500 ER Fees. Benjamin came out turned off the water heater and started draining the heater. Thomas & Sam came in right behind him and we were up & running in no time. Thank you Rescue Plumbing!!!
