Best Sewer Pipe Repair Services in Chicago IL

Had another company working on a condo building leak for a month and they couldn’t identify the problem. With one call in one morning, Pete and Izzy came out for an exploratory visit and a few hours later had identified the problem, fixed the leak, and helped establish a plan moving forward including contacting another company who is the next step of the process. I can’t overstate how professional and thorough the guys were today. Highly recommend.

Called for service and was told they don't service my area - which is 1 mile from their office... I live off Belmont in the same zip code as the office.

I called on a Monday over my lunch to schedule an appointment to get an estimate and I was able to get someone over that night. Chris was able to identify the problem fix part of it and provide a recommendation for the other, my toilet is bad. He was professional, neat, and thorough.I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future!

After having several plumbers come and be convinced that I needed to excavate and replace a section of my main line because there was a downspout gutter in there...Jesus listened and then calmly walked to the site (outside by side of our house), saw the patched area on the sidewalk (where he thought the gutter was coming from), and opened it up and REMOVED it in less than 20 minutes.

Easily saved me $5K or more from having to break concrete, dig, replace pipe etc. Thank you Jesus!

We used First Chicago to replace the corroded and clogged galvanized pipes in our building with copper, install a whole house filter, and install a new water heater. It was a great experience. Eugene was very communicative and I appreciated that he walked me through the process and was very clear with expectations and the schedule of work. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend 24 HR Emergency Plumber Chicago INC who came out to replace my 15 year old water valve and irrigation valve. I was worried at first but from how they handled the situation, they gave me another reason to trust them and probably hire them if need be.

I'm sorry to share a not great review, but I feel Goode Plumbing way overcharged my mom for a simple toilet repair. I called and spoke to a receptionist and asked to have them call me back, but no response. They completed the job and no leaks, I just think they overcharged for this simple service and took advantage of an elderly person

Edwin is amazing, dedicated, and an expert. This is the second time he has helped us out of a bad situation. Finding a trusted plumber is hard and Edwin is great.

A+ to both the customer service individuals on the phone, and Jorge. The Right Away team worked with me to get here promptly, rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine, and came immediately to avoid Cubs traffic. When Jorge arrived, he was prepared, brought the tools he needed the first trip up, located the problem, explained it to me, fixed it, and went on his way. My experience could not have been better. Additionally, their price was only $20 more than the next cheapest company, who couldn't come for more than 4 days. Nice job...

They severly overcharge! I would recommend using them for an estimate then use someone else to complete the job.

***Updated comment*** After seeing the reply to my previous comment I realized that this company was used as a Subcontractor. Four Seasons is the company that severely overcharges. I will change my rating to 3stars because they had nothing to do with the prices and did complete the job. I would've given more stars but since they just accused me of creating a fake account that was a very unprofessional way to respond
