Best Sewer Maintenance Service in Chicago IL

Pete and Noah came and checked out our back bathroom where I thought we had a leak. They asked some standard questions and took a look around and our water heater and confirmed it was just expansion of pipes after hearing what sounded like a dripping sound for a while and said we would have water damage already if we had a true leak. He was very nice and talked to us for a few minutes. Thanks, guys!

My bathroom had not been updated since the fifties and I had some leaking that started to show through on my kitchen ceiling directly below the bathroom. After reading some reviews I called John Baethke & Son Plumbing.

The plumber assigned to my project was Nathan. He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Chrissy from customer service was very responsive and friendly throughout the entire process.

The job was completed sooner than anticipated and I'm thrilled with the out come. They replaced my toilet, fixed the leak in my bathtub drain and installed a new vanity. I would use them again and highly recommend.

Every time I have a problem with my plumbing I call roto-rooter! They always get the job done in a timely manner and do an outstanding job! I never have to wait long for a service. They even wear little blue booties over their shoes so no outside dirt or germ's are tracked in. My plumber Denis was knowledgeable and very friendly, will defiantly be using them in the future!

Eugene arrived on time, he was very attentive and easy to communicate. Toilet wax ring and an angle stop for the toilet were replaced. The work was done very professionally and accurately.
I certainly recommend First Chicago plumbing.

I did not understand why my colleagues insisted on this company when I needed referrals from them. It was until they took care of my concern last Wednesday when I believed that they are the best plumbers in the city.

I'm sorry to share a not great review, but I feel Goode Plumbing way overcharged my mom for a simple toilet repair. I called and spoke to a receptionist and asked to have them call me back, but no response. They completed the job and no leaks, I just think they overcharged for this simple service and took advantage of an elderly person

VanDerBosch Plumbing were professional and courteous and would recommend them for their fine work. They did a fine job and so happy they fixed our furnace for the early November chill we are experiencing now .

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

I had an emergency where tree roots had clogged my unde ground system dirty sewer water was coming up thru my tub and bubbling out of my toilet. I was totally freaked out. I needed someone like yesterday. I called a couple places and could not get immediate service. I then called Go Rooter. They came out that day assesses the situation, told me what was going on and that they had performed a solution that would allow me access to my bathroom, gave me a time that they would return the next day of which they did with a permit and worked very hard . Before the day was over I had total access to my bathroom. The only thing I wanted an forgot to get was a copy of the picture they took of the sewer.

We called thinking our water heater was making noise. They came quickly on a Saturday. Turns out, about 10 units in our condo thought it was their water heaters or the pipes. Rick & Eric were able to diagnose it wasn't the water heater. They went on multiple floors, the roof, and basement to find out there was a toilet running 2 floors below us causing major buzzing, humming, and screaming noises through the duct work to all of our units. Once getting access to that condo unit, they stopped the running toilet and the noise stopped immediately. They stuck around to continue diagnosing and ensuring a fix even though it wasn't what we all thought it was originally. Would absolutely recommend them and will use them again. Very professional and made the noise stop!

I have had Jorge come out a couple times and he is wonderful. Always super quick, knowledgable and has given me excellent garbage disposal tips! The company in general always gets someone out there quickly and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

Came out same day to install new water heater, stayed late on a Friday to get the job done and make sure it was taken care of.

Very quickly scheduled service and took care of the issues - well actually the plumber balked at fully investigating an issue in the basement which I thought was reasonable, a repair requested by the buyer of the condo and other findings kinda made it not necessary. I was hoping to get their invoice and findings to the buyer quickly so if they did still want it done we'd have plenty of time.

Unfortunately it is now 2+ weeks from the service and have yet to receive the invoice. Called and emailed several times to ask for it, explaining why I need the invoice. They charged my credit card and everything over a week ago.... still no invoice. Today they called and still haven't sent an invoice but tried to charge my credit card a second time for service.... At best this is a really disorganized business at worst they're operating a scam here trying to double charge people. If you did get service from them I'd check your card statements again

Great customer service. The man who came to work on our house was patient, knowledgable, and efficient. I highly recommend this company!

My main drain was clogged. Mr. Burris arrived on time, came into my home and went to work! I stayed out of his way and let him do his thing. Afterwards we took turns confirming that the drain was no longer clogged, spoke about our children and I'm sure he was on to the next one. I most definitely recommend Burris & Sons.
