Best Sewer Clog in Chicago IL

We just had (2) plumbing issues repaired by Pete and his apprentice Noah (his son - how great!) and they were great! Also, Everyone that we have encountered within this business has been terrific ! They are responsive, communicative, cost-conscious, friendly/courteous, and very knowledgeable! They really want to get to the job, understand the problem and get it fixed and move on...Very professional! We wholeheartedly recommend this company...and will work with them in the future.

I used Rescue Plumbing to replace a broken garbage disposal. Loga came the next day to take a look and give me a quote, and I was then able to schedule Vincent and Lobo to come out and do the installation. Everyone was very polite and respectful and they did a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised by how responsive they were, I was able to get the disposal replaced very quickly. Definitely recommend them!

I recently had Rob & Billy from John Baethke & Son Plumbing to remove and install a new toilet and remove/replace a new stop valve that had gone faulty. They were very professional and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of plumbing services.

Chris was phenomenal 01/29/2023 ,on time, courteous, knowledgeable, helped me tremendously, i had located a handiperson i found on angies list and he was terrible took money never performed the job caused me extreme stress, i contacted roto rooter on a Sunday and they were there within 2 hrs it took Chris no time to correct the problem which was a leak and my house was back on track, a word from the wise Always hire a Pro to to get the job done, I am so pleased with Roto-Rooter, I highly recommend them,Chris provided exemplary service on 1/30/2023, I'm so glad to have him service my homes equipment, i will always ask for him, great Job, he was on time, courteous and professional, educating me along the way, Perfect as can be, very pleased with this company,

We had a great experience using this company. Luis and Joel did an excellent job installing a new outdoor faucet, shower faucet repair and servicing our water heater. Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. Not only did he give this honest advice, the house visit was free and all he asked was to keep them in mind for future plumbing repairs. What an honest man! Highly recommend

I can't say enough about Van Der Bosch! When other companies couldn't get someone out to help us for over a week, Van Der Bosch was able to send someone right away. The quote was super quick and very reasonable. Jose, our plumber, was extremely knowledgeable. They were even very flexible when we had a problem with our building water shutoff and had to reschedule. Jose went above and beyond and I highly recommend you give them a try!

Matt came out to rod out my main sewer line, he got out all of the tree roots causing the clog, he was friendly and professional, explained everything to me and picked up after himself, pricing seemed reasonable, I'll definitely be coming back to this company for any future plumbing needs, and I would recommend them to everyone

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

Pete and Noah were very professional, on time, diagnosed the issue instantly, and repaired the leak really fast. Will definitely use them again.
