GREAT experience on several occasions. In a situation where my landlord picked a plumber for me, I asked THAT plumber (different company) if he knew of John Baethke, and he said, Oh yes! That's where we send people when we can't figure out a problem. They're awesome.

Their plumbers are knowledgeable, but they are very expensive. We just paid $875 for under one hour of rooting work, admittedly on a Friday night but still. If you've got a good local guy, you'll be better off than using Roto. Also, try this - tell them no and watch and see if they come back with a lower price.

Do not use this company. Had a very horrible experience. I made an appointment and paid for their annual membership after I was convinced by one of the sales person that with $200 annual membership, I will get 10% discount for the service provided in the future. They never showed up on the scheduled appointment and I had to call 2nd time to reschedule it. They never showed up the 2nd time I called and I called again for 3rd time and very apologetic about about the situation. I gave them one final chance and promised someone will call to reschedule and never called me back. After paying $200 annual membership and this type of service will not keep any customers happy. I have no idea how this company received 5 stars with this unprofessional service and their customer service do not feel like working at all. I rarely give a bad review but this is way beyond my patience.

I met Mr Burris 3 years ago after a brand name HVAC repair company told me I needed a NEW furnace. Mr Burris took a look a repaired it for less than $200 since then he has become my go to when I have plumbing, heating or cooling needs. Unlike other companies that keep you waiting. Mr Burris is true to his word of when he can be there and what his price is. In addition, he is always teaching how do the simple repairs instead of looking for opportunities to take my money.
