I have used the services from Chicagoland Quality Plumbing a number of times. I used to own a condo and they did work there before I sold it. I now own a home and they have done work here numerous times. I can't stress enough how pleasant it is to work with this company. They are responsive, prompt, highly professional, very reasonable in price, great plumbers with years of experience, and best of all, get the work done correctly. You can't go wrong with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing (aptly named).

Plumber Matt was very good and professional. Price was reasonable except for the extra 160.00 for 5 minutes past the first hour. Labor at 160 an hour is reasonable but 160 for 5 minutes is hard to swallow.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.

Called Apex today for an ejector pump issue. The whole thing was quick and easy from start to finish. They came out within the hour. The price was fair and the repair was done with no issues. I found them to be reliable. I will use them again.

I hired this company based off of the many good reviews before mine... Juan and his company lived up to the positives reviews ... I hired him for one job that turned into 3 things...as far as knowledge Great! Juan...the guys a nice guy and professional ... Price he was fair and gave me a brake on thing one... I think if I shopped it I could of got thing 2 cheaper But I gave it to him to get it done ... and thing 3 I felt was was too high priced but thing 3 I had to use him for... Would I recommend Yes! ... Over all he was fair against his competitors and less expensive then many... where I felt he was High, it was his honest charge so it wasn't like the guy was taking me to the bank... and hes up front, not pushy just what the man wants for the work... not an up charge company or anything like that...He asked for a review and this is my honest opinion ... All Pro Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company I've ever experienced. I had them come out recently and they did a excellent job, and in a timely manner!! The work is very neat and the customer service was fantastic! Bob and Mike are both very knowledgeable and can answer any question about the field.
