Best Sewer Backup Service in Chicago IL

I just bought my first condo a couple months ago and the pipes under my kitchen sink started to leak. Of course I tried Roto-Rooter - they're the only plumbers I know by name. I was very happy to work with Grant (3176)! He was on time (he even beat me home) and was speedy. He knew what to do right away and even gave me explanations about everything under my sink and the parts he was replacing. I will be requesting him if I need any work done in the future. A little pricey but if the service is good, the products are good, and I'm happy with the result - I don't mind paying a little more! :)

Vanguard is a breath of fresh air. It's so nice to be able to trust a plumber around here. They are honest, thorough and on time. We have our annual catch basin cleaning with Vanguard and recently they saved us from an emergency mystery multi-unit sink clog. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. Fantastic company to work with! They took care of a lot of our plumbing needs from rodding, to pipe replacement, to pump replacement. The owners are very honest, down to earth good people. They've made several good recommendations and don't try to upsell you on things or services you don't need. The service was speedy and they stand behind their jobs. Rates were very reasonable with excellent customer service. This is my go-to plumbing company and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had an old water heater that died and Diversey Plumbing was assigned through my home warranty. I did get charged extra for an extra difficult job which I believe was fair. Quote was given prior to installation and there were no surprises. The installers were very professional and friendly. I would go to them again with future requests.
