I would never recommend Ed’s Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. they gauged an 84 year old woman $788 dollars to repair a garage spigot. See the attached invoice. The water heater was leaking too and they told her to watch it after a hot shower. Had someone else replace the heater $900. That plumber said spigot should have been$175 max . We got Ed’s Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. from the church bulletin. Calling the church next

We have used Ed”s Plumbing prior to today’s visit. These guys are great to work with. The technician John has been here before and moved up the appointment time to better serve my husband”s schedule. He has been here before and does great work at a very fair price. This is the company we go to for all our plumbing needs. Jeanne Perkins

$688.37 to replace the sink and water filter faucets and soap dispenser. They did something (installed a piece of wood underneath) that made the water filter leak underneath the sink, telling me that they couldn’t fix it and for us to go find the tube, replace it ourselves and fix it?. Called and owner told me that we created the issue after trying to change the tube. What??? No responsibility or just saying, “we are professional plumber and we fix issues, not crate them and walk away. The leak is so bad that we have to turn off the sink water and hire a new plumber to come fix it...So frustrating. Unbelievable!!

Eds Plumbing came over and fixed my bad leak and did it the same day.They were comparable cost to other plumbers and Im very satisfied with the work.Thanks for the great job ! I would give them a call. Had tried other plumbers with not such good results.They are my new plumber for life.

John and Matt were very professional and put a new water heater in. Took their time and explained everything they were doing. Walked me through at the end of my appointment how to service it and explained all the valves. Highly recommend

They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes.
They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours.
They charged $724.15..... RIDICULOUS!
My mother in law got these guys out of a church bulliten, thinking they must be honest.

Consumer beware. Poor quality work and business ethics.

I needed some extensive (connecting to the city's sewer main) plumbing work done and called Ed's Plumbing. After speaking with Ed, he referring me to another company. I appreciate his honesty.

John and his crew put a new kitchen floor in my place and they did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to all my friends.

We had need for some exterior repair work which John handled quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this firm!

Do not hire this company! They will take your money and not fix the real problem. In addition, John is very rude and condescending. I’m glad he’s able to afford $1k toilets throughout his home.
After charging $2,500 one day for a laundry room leak/backup, returning the next day for a backup they caused in downstairs unit in both bathtubs, charging $750 to look at that issue and clean bathtubs, shutting off water to a toilet after saying it was leaking and giving a $1300 quote to replace toilet, saying backups were our fault for not taking care of the issue earlier, and finally writing up a quote for another $12k to tear up driveway, replace drainage pipes, and put a new clean out.
Why were we charged all the previous charges if John learned what the issue was at the beginning?
Update: Hired a new plumber. A true professional. Eric Carlson from Precision Today. From the beginning, he gave options, explained everything, and fixed the issues in two days.
