Honestly, if you are lucky you will work with Pete and Noah. They were unbelievable. We had some serious snow thawing and just drenched our back hallway. We thought it was a plumbing issue, they came out, checked it out, and gave us all the tips we needed, pointed us to the right contacts, it wasn't a plumbing issue in the end, but they are the people we would want to work with, without question, if we do have issues with plumbing come up. Glad I snagged their card, great service

In less than 2 hours, Chris came to our house and found the issue. He provided the options that we have and of course his recommendation. He was very a helpful, polite, professional person who knew what he was doing. He answered all of our questions and was very patient. Both my wife and I were very happy about their work in general. They charged me $650 to simply replace a toilet wax seal (average cost with labor is $150); no tiles or pipes were involved. Although the service was professional and snappy, I felt incredibly swindled for how uncomplicated the task was. They certainly lost a customer today.

I contacted First Chicago Plumbing last year as I was considering replacing a very old boiler system. This year, was ready to get the work done before winter. I dealt directly with the owner, Eugene, who from the first moment we were in contact was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We ended up expanding the project quite a bit and I signed the estimate. There were a few other add-ons we had discussed depending on how the project progressed and how much they would end up adding to the cost. I ended up getting everything I wanted done. I was spending quite a bit already, but I felt overall the price was fair for the value I received.

Eugene’s crew followed the example he set. They were prompt, courteous, and very fast. All the while Eugene was in contact and personally ensured the job went smoothly. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. His crew let me know when they were done and left the worksite clean and complete. But Eugene still came out to personally ensure all was well. I would highly recommend First Chicago Plumbing and will rely on them for my future plumbing needs.

It was honestly not a big job but we needed a professional plumber to take care of a leak in the toilet. Good thing about them is that they responded and sent a skilled technician who fixed the pipes that were leaking.

Mike was great. We wanted to close an old grease trap in our basement, and another plumber made it sound like a huge job. Mike said Goode Plumbing could do it a better way for less money, and explained everything carefully. Then he accidently found a leak with our 30 year old water heater, and was able to offer us a great price for a replacement. No upselling, straightforward assessment of our problem, showed up on time. And then our neighbor saw his van and asked if Mike could look at a problem in her house, and he went right over when he was done with us. I wish we had called Goode first.

Extremely professional, fair pricing, polite and very service orientated. Had water backing up in the basement after each heavy rain - Erwin, Robert and Diago did a superb job rotor-rooted the building's pipe to the sewer line, cleaned out the catch basin- basement has been dry ever since - Would recommend them without hesitation!

Edwardo was the best. He arrived right on time took a look at the sink and went to get his tools. Honestly within in 45 minutes my sink and showere were running and draining perfectly. He also changed my pipes under the sink from old metal ones to sate of the art PVC. I am thrilled to say the least. The price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend !!

When you need a plumber, VanDerBosch is there. We've had a few mild emergencies, and the plumbers from VanDerBosch show up when they say they will, are very friendly and will plainly explain your options, then promptly get to work. Not only have I never had a bad experience with them, all of my experiences have been excellent. We consider VanDerBosch our plumber for anything we need.

Elias is 2nd generation that understands he must continue good work to continue good name. Top of the line equipment. Fast, polite, neat, and ready to explain. Used water jet to clear sewer line after camera review. 3 roots will slow down a sewer apparently.

Will use him again and again when necessary.
