Best Residential Water in Chicago IL

Pete and Noah were great! Was having major problems with kitchen sink not draining and water coming up into sink when anyone used kitchen sink or dishwasher in above units. They came out ASAP, rodded pipe and managed to remove clog (thanks to the individual in the building using kitchen sink to do hair…yuck). Kitchen sink is now draining properly and good to go!! Thanks Pete and Noah!

Jesus came over after I requested to get my sump pump replaced out of precaution and he said the pump sounded perfect as is and didn’t need to be replaced. Not only did he give this honest advice, the house visit was free and all he asked was to keep them in mind for future plumbing repairs. What an honest man! Highly recommend

I used First Chicago Plumbing for the first time recently and was very happy with the experience. Even before booking the job, the project manager spend a lot of time with me answering questions and making sure that I understood the process and was prepared in advance - I had a gas pipe moved so it wan't a standard plumbing job. They arrived on time, worked professionally and efficiently and were able to think creatively to get the job done (old building, modern stove, not quite compatible).
This is my first plumbing job in Chicago so I don't have a basis of comparison for pricing but the cost didn't seem unusual to me.
I have no reservations about recommending First Chicago Plumbing.

I can't thank John and Andrew for their excellent work. Our boiler needed to have a pipe replaced and other work. John and Andrew came on time and completely dismantled the boiler. They explained what they were doing and the thoroughly cleaned, replaced and restored everything back to working order. Along the way they explained what they were doing and why and they were very thorough. They cleaned up the area after their work and then some, the area looked much better than when they came in. The informatioin they provided was invaluable. I can't wait to have them back this Fall to start up the boiler for the coming year. They are the best. The price we were charged for this work was very resonable, too.

Dave and Anthony were great! I was truly impressed- They are honest and have fair prices. I was really impressed by their service and work, not to mention they are forth generation. We had a problem with our basement toilet and we felt like it was impossible to fix but these two brothers worked together to find a solution and they did. Bob from Power Plumbing. He came out to give my condo association a comparative quote for some work on a pipe under one of the garden units. He identified the pipe might not be in use. We need to do a little further investigation, but it looks like if we don't need to get the work done, it will save the building $15k!

Walter and his staff did a top notch, speedy and professional job on repairing, replacing, unclogging the old galvanized pipe of my kitchen and his staff (Sorry, I forgot his name but great quiet guy) even fixed the hot water issue. Most houses in Beverly like mine are over one hundred years old. The previous plumber sent by the home warranty was unable to fix it while Walter and his staff was done within an hour and half. I had hired other plumbers including Roto Rooter (that was a nightmare) and no one compared to the professional job done by Walter and his staff. I definitely found a plumber I can trust and will call again. Walter thrives to put his reputation as a trusted plumbing company on the line to give one hundred percent customer satisfaction!
