Best Residential Water in Chicago IL

Our upstairs neighbors had a leak in their bathroom late on a Friday afternoon, which then leaked into our electrical panel, knocking off power in part of our condo and leaving our entire panel and all circuit breakers wet. We called Sims & Sons and they responded immediately, replacing the damaged breakers and drying out the panel. We were greatly relieved to have this done so soon and not have to keep worrying over the weekend about a possible electrical fire. We will use Sims & Sons for whatever electrical needs we have.

I had a suddenly partial power outage in my house including both furnaces. Mr. Mighty was very efficient to prompt send it’s technician in an unbelievable time frame. Eddie and his co worker precisely found the problem and fixed what was on their hand. They also called ComEd for me to fix external electrical cables. ComEd respond faster when a professional electrician reports a problem. It took a very short time to have all problems solved by Mr. Mighty and ComED. Very happy with this company services

We had to remodel and needed a lot of electrical work, but A and K was amazing, they helped through the whole process and made everything extremely smooth. I had gotten quotes from several companies in the area and A and K was the most affordable, and ended up doing amazing work. High Recommend!!!

Joe and his crew are great! I called to schedule an entire condo painting and a long list of handiwork. His team was very prompt every day. On day 1 his team and I walked our entire condo going over each item of work to ensure they understood what was needed. The paint job was awesome.The entire condo painting top to bottom and handiwork was finished in less than a week. Felt like it was a new condo at the end! I just called them again to do electrical work and schedule work the next day. Great group and great work!

They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and even though it was a pretty big job, they made sure to explain everything clearly and make sure I understood what was going on before they started working on it.I'm so glad I found this company! Needed a vintage door installed with barn door hardware to cover my stacking washer/dryer. Chris got back to quickly to discuss the project and estimate a quote. Got me on their schedule right way.Jamie did the install. He addressed any issues, went to the store to pick up items my project needed, explained the process along the way, and delivered a well done product at the end.I am looking forward to using them for future projects in my unit and around the condo building.

I called Adams Electrical Services located 4527 S. Drexel, to get an estimate because he’s in the area and upon his request I sent him a picture of the job.He responded with a price of $550 to move an electrical conduit up which is really ridiculous because this job would take maybe one hour or two at the most.It’s a shame when contractors try to take advantage of folks (especially females) thinking that we are desperate and don’t know any better. So typical and wrong!
