Hands down BEST customer service I have EVER experienced! We had a major backup in our kitchen and within 45mins (not even!) he arrived and knew what the problem was by me just explaining my issue. We hadn’t even moved into our new house yet and the basement flooded from a faulty sump pump and the sewer backed up! Pete and Noah came out to help with the whole mess. They walked us through everything, every step of the way and made sure everything was done quickly and right. They were patient and understanding as we asked lots of questions. While I’m not happy all this happened - I’m grateful to have found honest plumbers who helped us through it.

Came through when our condo was in an emergency. We had a gas leak caused by leaking pipes in our building. Kavana's Plumbing was able to come out the same day and fix the leaking pipes. Service was very professional and he explained what he was doing both before and after working. The leaks were fixed and we were able to get our gas turned back on!

Pete and Noah were great professionals. They came for a leak inspection and noticed that all the plumbing seemed to be in great shape. They figured some water must have went down a vent and that is what caused the water stains we were seeing. All the plumbing was bone dry. They were honest and only charged for opening up the ceiling when they could have easily lied about the issue to charge us more.

Pete was also super fast. He came the day after we called even though he had a booked schedule. He is also super professional. They brought their 9wn tarp and made sure to fold it in a way that would not cause any mess.

Recently used Burris and Sons for plumbing issues in a family two flat. Mr. Burris responded to our call in a timely manner, came out and assessed the situations and then made the necessary repairs in two units...both were leaking toilets, but different issues. Mr. Burris is a first class professional plumber, and we will definitely be using him again, hopefully no time soon.
