They were courteous and professional and determined to restore my plumbing on schedule, even in a snowstorm. Pete kept me informed took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I called as I needed work done on a house I was selling, they were able to come out within the next couple days and resolve the issue quickly. They cleaned up after and write up a detailed receipt so I could provide this to the people buying my house. I was thrilled that they were able to do this as fast as they were and were very honest and up front as to what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. This lead to no surprises and a happy customer!

We had just moved to a new home and the garbage disposal was not functioning. The sink was backing up and there was a bunches of dishes, pots and pans that needed to be washed before being put away. I called Apex, told them my problem and three hours later Chas, the owner’s son, showed up. Chas fixed it and explained the disposal had been seized by rust or jammed. He quickly taught me how to fix it if it happened again and left a Allen wrench-like key for me to do so. Great service and attitude! We use these guys for everything and would absolutely recommend you do as well.

I highly recommend Rescue Plumbing. Had an issue with my shower valve cartridge and they sent out Pete Ismail and his son (who’s apprenticing). Henry did a great job rodding out our main sewer line after our basement flooded during the recent rain/snow storm. He was careful & thorough while standing out in the blowing snow and later took the time to explain our tree root problem. We are so happy we found him after our attempts to reach two other local plumbers were unsuccessful.

I called Kuhn Plumbing because I needed help with the leak coming from the ceiling. 2 plumbers arrived and inspected the water damage. They were very kind to wear shoe protectors before going inside our house. They figured the leak was coming from the hot water pipe supplying our hallway bathroom. The plumbers took their time and got their materials from their car. They did a good job. I only wish they finished the job at a short time (plumbers would go in and out of the house to get materials or supplies together). I was charged $701 for the pipe repair.

Pete did a great job of quickly removing our old copper tubing from the old fridge and connecting our new fridge with a braided tubing. He was on time and very fast.
