Best Replace A Toilet in Chicago IL

I am a Real Estate agent and a client had an emergency. When the plumber I initially recommended couldn't get out there for days, I then called Rescue Plumbing midday and was told that they could have someone out there around 4pm. I was happy with that, but then 10 min later I received a call from Pete and he informed me that he could actually be there in 10 min! He was great right from the start. Came in, assessed the situation, was professional, helpful and so responsive. He was able to go through all possible scenarios with our problem and helped guide us with our next actions. I will 100% only be calling Rescue Plumbing from now on as they have proven to me that they are the ones that get the job done!

Had a blockage they came out a little over with the pricing but well worth your money and they had options. They deal with city management also which is even better than you trying to get a hold of them.

We had a tech come to our home to do a camera scope of our lines to see how bad the tree root damage was. The damage is really extensive to our dismay. Despite this, the tech was completely professional, kind, and respectful. There wasn't any sort of mess left behind (he had to scope through the toilet by removing it) and also pointed out when removing the toilet the company we had out the day before didn't completely tighten the toilet when they put it back on. I couldn't be happier with my service.

Good, professional service. Called Goode Plumbing at 8:30 am to report the problem. Crew arrived late afternoon and diagnosed the problem to be electrical. Plumber Brain said he would have to call the dispatcher and get an Electrician or the original technician who installed the water heater to come out and troubleshoot the problem. Brian said the Dispatcher would coordinate the visit, which would probably be the next day.

Have used them a couple times for plumbing needs and can not say enough good things about them. Workers know what they are doing and prices are fair.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

Henry came to our rescue during some heavy rains recently when our sump pump and backup pump stopped working. He came promptly that evening and was able to get both pumps working again without us needing to buy brand new equipment. Great resource to call on if you need plumbing help right away!

My husband and I called rescue plumbers to look into a potential clogged drain under our stacked washer/dryer unit. We were initially told someone would be out same day between 10-1 and then they had to reschedule because they would need a dolley to move said washer/dryer. We called back to confirm only to find they completely cancelled our request. After making a new one we were told someone would be coming out between 4-6. No one came during that time. They eventually game around 8pm.. with no dolley!! They told us it would cost $800 alone to move the W/D without doing any work. Needless to say we went with another company. Do not recommend.

Once again Burris & Son have save the day. Excellent services,timely manner and reasonable prices.
