As a New Building Owner and Landlord I now have had to use Goode Plumbing 3 times this year. Every time the staff has been polite, courteous, and helpful. The first time was a minor issue with the water heater and my inability to light the pilot. The technician Nick fixed it immediately and showed me what I was doing wrong and didn't even charge me. The next issue was a gas leak due to some remodeling that a contractor had done when they had moved the gas line. Goode Plumbing came out and fixed the issue the same day so that my tenant didn't have to go more than 24 hours without gas. The last issue was a leaky faucet Jose came out and found the leak and replaced the faucet. I have been impressed with the professionalism, service, and helpfulness of all the technicians. Extremely professional, fair pricing, polite and very service orientated. Had water backing up in the basement after each heavy rain - Erwin, Robert and Diago did a superb job rotor-rooted the building's pipe to the sewer line, cleaned out the catch basin- basement has been dry ever since - Would recommend them without hesitation!

After the recent rain we discovered we had water coming up from a drain in our electrical closet, and it was flooding out onto the carpet. We called and were able to get same-day service, and they were able to unclog the pipes in about 30 min. They also gave us some education on our water heater.

In the last year Kuhn Plumbing has done a number of projects for us. These include installing a basement sink and setting up attachments for a washer, repairing a pipe under the kitchen sink, and improved the flow of our shower head. Each time they completed a quality job on schedule. Plus we had a number of plumbers look at our shower head problem, but only Tom was able to dramatically improve the flow.

We had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. Making an appointment is easy because their admin staff are super organized. Both times we were able to get someone to come out within a day. The guys that came and installed our new sump pump were incredibly nice and professional. They emailed us options to fix our problem with price estimates, which made everything really clear and easy. Everybody at Rescue is so friendly! We highly recommend.

Called Sam's based on the reviews. Happy we did. We got Jim who was just GREAT! We had him back again within days to fix a different problem. He was also (respectfully) early, instead of me having to wait hours indefinitely like so many contractors. He will be our plumbing guy moving forward!

Mr. Burris got us out of a bind with our heat. After we called, he responded by phone right away to give an idea of what could be wrong. We made an appointment for the next day. Much to our pleasant surprise, he called early the next morning, letting us know he was on his way. Prompt, professional -- we are thankful.
