Best Repair Sewer Line Services in Chicago IL

My bathtub was backed up pretty bad, so I call Rescue Plumbing. Pete and Noah were supremely helpful and friendly. While they did what they could to unclog the drain, there were deeper plumbing issues that would eventually need to be dealt with. Pete took the time to walk me through the whole process, showed me (both from my unit and the basement) what parts needed to be replaced, and even gave a brief history lesson on how my pipes could’ve gotten so bad in the first place!

This company is fair, prompt, and has team members that care about doing the job right. Will definitely be coming to them for as long as I’m a homeowner in Chicago.

Pete and Noah were great! Had a clog that went down all the way to the main line - 35 feet. It’s totally unclogged now. They did a great job.

Josh Hall arrived right on time, got right to work, and did a very good job. He installed a new water heater and repaired a rusted pipe. He was very kind and courteous. His helper Dan was also very friendly. They finished the job earlier than we expected.

The technician Felipe was knowledgeable and explained every step (Would rate him a 5). Unfortunately the issue was worse than could be fixed, so I had to wait till the next day to get my backyard dug up. The team that dug the hole and installed a clean out were early and fast (Would rate a 5). After some scheduling issues (Rate a 2) the final person came to finish clearing the line (Would rate a 5). Not too happy about the cost and that it took over a day to complete the job (Would rate a 1).

I recommend Vanguard Plumbing 100%! Jan was very responsive....his guys came out the same day I called....did an awesome job...cleaned up so good you wouldn't know they were here and they were also informative and very helpful...and just totally adorable. I will definitely use them in the future.

They respond to you fast but they will charge you alot. We got charged for a clogged drain for almost $500. I wanna cry. I hope we called somebody else or tried to fix it myself.

Cant thank Rescue Plumbing enough! My mom's water heater was flooding her basement and no one would come out without a ridiculous emergency fee. They charged me a $99 emergency fee which was amazing compared to $300-$500 ER Fees. Benjamin came out turned off the water heater and started draining the heater. Thomas & Sam came in right behind him and we were up & running in no time. Thank you Rescue Plumbing!!!

I texted him a photo of the gas line that I wanted tied/off removed and he gave me a very reasonable ball park estimate and was even able to come do the work the very same day. I especially appreciated that he made sure to confirm that both my water heater and furnace reignited after he turned the main line back on.

I experienced Mannie and I must tell you he is the best! I felt like I’ve known him for years and he is so knowledgeable.
