First Chicago Plumbing replaced the faucets in two bathrooms and the kitchen and also replaced the diverter in the bathtub. Eugene and the gentleman with him (I don't recall his name) were very professional and very nice. Eugene took the time to explain everything to me and answered any questions I had, even after the job was completed. Eugene even checked on our hot water heater and gave us an estimate to replace it when the time comes (which will likely be in the next few months!) He will definitely be the person I call!! I had a great experience with this company! The lady who answers the phone was very nice, they were able to come to my home the same day and were even a little early, and the technician that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The problem ended up being a soft blockage so water was ran in shower and sink and toilet flushed several times and the problem was solved. I asked how much I owed him and he said nothing! What a wonderful surprise! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that arise.
