Mr. Pete and his son Noah arrived at my condominium right on time. They were very kind to take a look at the issue and explain in detail what needed to be done in order to fix the issue with the clogged sink I had. Note: I have full cabinet under the sink with water filters but Pete and Noah were very accommodating.

Not only did Pete and Noah complete the fix quickly, they were both professional and I will be calling them from now on for any future services. I’m very glad with the results and price is very, very fair as well.

I hired another company in the Chicago area who specializes in gas fire pit Installations to install a fire pit on my rooftop. The company showed up without the correct equipment to do the job and left me in a bind as I needed the fire pit for a party that evening. I called Rob late morning on a Friday and told him my situation. I sent him a few photos of what was needed. He went out of his way to accommodate me into his schedule. I had a lit fire pit by 4pm!! Edwin with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing did a great job for us. He was prompt, professional and very thorough. He replaced the toilet, kitchen sink, bathroom faucet and all the shower hardware. Our 100+yr old cast iron stack pipe broke and split in several places. Zuniga and his team removed the entire pipe, attic to basement, and placed a new one in 2 days. He was always on time, responsive to texts and phone calls, and professional. He worked with us to get water restoration to dry out our walls and ceilings and stayed in contact with that project manager in order to work with our home insurance. They made sure to cover my floors and cabinets with tarps and cleaned up afterwards. Walter always kept us up to date on what steps needed to be done. When he ended up not having to do some of the work he initially quoted us on, he adjusted the bill. We paid half up front and the other half at completion of the project. We would 100% recommend him.

Dan cleaned out the drain and replaced my old trash disposal. He did an amazing job. He took out the broken old disposal that has been there since I bought the house. He replaced it completely, including all of the necessary new pipes beneath the kitchen sink.
