This is the best plumber in Chicago. If you need anything done commercial or residential they have experts for everything. Affordable and professional.

Excellent service with a polite and technically knowledgeable repairman (Timothy #5394). Only complaint was the cost of repair which is high compared to competitors: total actual work time was about 20 minutes, total visit was 1 hour, and cost was $420 to unclog a kitchen sink...cost per hour seems high (I understand this price covers the cost of free estimates and the warranty but still).

Jan is an excellent plumber. I needed his services for a basement plumbing repair that require out of the box trouble shooting. NEW UPDATE: Exactly one year later, this ceiling leak returned. After I posted my critical review, the owner Michael reached out to me directly, to rectify this problem. They offered two solutions, both of which took into account how much we paid for the initial work.We chose to have it corrected as part of their warranty program - at no cost to us! This was a large job that required two Plumbers, for several hours, yet it was all covered under warranty!! This was very much appreciated and I can't thank them enough for that. Also, their Manager Jake did a great job accommodating our unique situation. I still highly recommend Goode Plumbing for any large Condo Building projects.‐‐--------------We hired Goode Plumbing to fix a leak in one of our main Condo Building pipes.

Edwin is amazing, dedicated, and an expert. This is the second time he has helped us out of a bad situation. Finding a trusted plumber is hard and Edwin is great.

Plumber was due 11-3; he arrived at 3; he left at 3:18. He was rude and arrogant. I was quoted a price for an hour of service; he added on $40 for a nut or bolt that he used. You live and learn; I will not use this service again.
